Joining the VIP Club was easy and free, and saved me £100 off my TV purchase price; including the £10 first purchase voucher, it amounted to £110 in total, a phenomenal deal! Communication from Richer Sounds after purchase was immediate and comprehensive, including invoice and a link to delivery options. Delivery was on the day chosen, and a time slot of 3 hours was given, although traffic issues outside of their control meant my TV delivery was a little late! The delivery person was polite and friendly. I unequivocally recommend this product and seller! Absolutely outstanding!
