There was an issue with delivery and Customer Service got in touch and sorted out the problem and compensated me for the inconvenience. excelent service and the person was very polite and understanding.

I was looking for particular headphones and found them on their website for a good price. I wanted them to replace my current headphones so wanted them ASAP and went for next day delivery. The headphones arrived safely next day and were exactly what I was after. Highly recommended!

Since buying the Manhattan TiVo box I've had to reboot it at least 3 times because when turned on there is no picture but an error message.I have been contacted by Richer Sounds customer service team (Jake) who swapped the faulty item with no quibble whatsoever. It was also very quick. Excellent service

A stand for a Sonos speaker wasn't drilled out properly, so didn't assemble properly. They were very good and accepted the return promptly and said a swap would be fast.
A gremlin got in the system somehow and the replacement unit was sent straight to the returns place.
It took a few more days to get the swap done for a unit that works, and I posted a surprised/ frustrated, rather than grumpy, review here; I'd never had a problem before in decades of using RS.

The above is edited from the original to reflect a very apologetic phone call from one of the managers (Paddy Hall) in Customer Services. I think we had a very good call, and all is well. As previously said, it's the first time I've had a problem, and I'll still be buying audio visual kit from them.

Just needed a simple DVD/Blu-ray player. Richer sounds offered a competitive price. Delivery was within predicted time. Panasonic unit was simple to setup and worked straight away.

I purchased a blueray player it was damaged in the post , they Replaced it within 24 hours superb service and they where very helpful, I highly recommend Richer sounds and will definitely deal with them again.
