Motorcycle driver... stay clear of this company!!!
This company will chew you up and spit you out. Been a client for 4 years. We called (may when my insurance renews) to cancel our insurance because I found out I was pregnant, two days later we had a miscarriage... we called and said never mind disregard my email...they said fine (i’ll note they never said anything about a cancellation fees or charge or that I wasn’t up to date ... like everything was fine and they were happy for me...they said nothing) 3 months later we decide we don’t want the insurance anymore and we want to cancel(Echelon is always behind, taking money from your account without making sure you received your policy... which they don’t send to you on time because they are so backlogged with work but they take your payments on time, you just don’t know when that is)... at this point they didn’t tell us that we’re going to have to pay almost $700 to cancel the insurance... my total insurance is $900/yr... how can I owe $700 for four months of insurance and I paid a monthly fee as well...??? They blame everything on the insurance companies as they are the “broker”... they take no responsibility for the lack of information they forget to tell you as a customer and then just charge you for it in the end... they change your policy from six months to one year from three pays to monthly without you even knowing or even asking if you want to pay the policy in full... hopefully this company will be gone soon because it’s going nowhere fast... and every employee hates working there or at least that’s what it sounds like... you should hear how they answer the phone (other then one guy that sounds claiming like Billy Graham who is used to defuse situations and a lady named Maria who is a saint and in the wrong business) they all have bad attitudes.
i’m sad I wasted my money all these years with the wrong company... and so happy I never actually had to use the insurance because I don’t believe they even have any money (with how often they’re changing the policies and rules it makes no sense companies can’t last acting like this our communities gonna make sure of it).
