Money theft and terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - I’ve been a loyal customer of RIXO and had the worst experience. Royal Mail didn’t deliver and it has been ‘returned to sender’ - despite having received no products and having this notification, and having back and forth correspondence, RIXO are contravening the Consumer Rights act 2015 and won’t provide a refund, apart from a 4.95 delivery fee! Daylight robbery and appalling customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify things for you.

We’d like to reassure you that we fully intend to process a refund and that your request has not been declined. Unfortunately, your order wasn’t successfully delivered and is currently on its way back to us via Royal Mail following a failed delivery attempt, as shown in the tracking updates.
In line with our usual returns process and UK consumer guidelines, we do need to receive the parcel back at our warehouse before we’re able to complete the refund, unless it is formally confirmed as lost by the carrier. This return-to-sender process can take up to 10 working days, and your parcel is still within this timeframe. Please be assured that your case remains open and actively monitored.

As soon as the parcel arrives back with us, we’ll move forward with the next steps straight away. If it doesn’t return within the expected period, we’ll of course follow this up with Royal Mail and take the appropriate action.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, and we’re very sorry that this experience hasn’t met your expectations. Our aim is always to resolve matters fairly and transparently, and we appreciate your patience while this is being completed.

I wore this dress for my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. The ivory sequins were elegant and subtle, the fit was incredibly comfortable, and it felt special without being over the top. A huge thank you to Milly for helping me get the dress online. A beautiful, effortless dress from RIXO — I couldn’t have chosen better!

I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes - returned one and kept the other (which is beautiful). The dresses arrived very quickly and returns process was very straightforward. The refund was pending in my account just a few days after I sent my return. I was extremely happy with the service from Rixo from start to finish.

Terrible Communication and Delayed Refund Process

Avoid this company! Terrible customer service and poor communication. I ordered two dresses on 28/12 and they never arrived. The order was not delivered or re-delivered due to an address error made by their team, which meant Parcelforce were unable to deliver it.

Although I provided my full address to Parcelforce, the parcel had already been returned to the company, which took two weeks. Any other company would have processed a refund based on the tracking details, but instead I was told I would only be refunded once the parcel reached their warehouse.

The order was marked as delivered to their warehouse yesterday at 12:00pm, yet they have since stopped communicating and have not confirmed that a refund will be processed. I was even planning to reorder the dress now that I know my exact size — such a shame my experience with them has been this bad.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that unfortunately it was delayed and ultimately returned to us due to an incomplete delivery address being provided at checkout. The house number was missing from the address entered, which meant Royal Mail were unable to complete the delivery. While this wasn’t an error on our side, we completely understand the inconvenience this caused and how frustrating it must have been to have the parcel returned.

In line with our process, returned orders are refunded within 48 hours of being received back at our warehouse, and we can confirm this was the case with your order - your refund has now been fully processed.
We’re truly sorry that this wasn’t the smooth experience you were hoping for, particularly as you were considering placing another order. If you’d like any help with a future purchase, or if you’d like us to double-check your delivery address before dispatch, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help!

Excellent customer services

Excellent customer services, I have only dealt with Poppy who has been brilliant, but feel sure others are too. Love RIXO, easy ordering, prompt delivery, unfortunately had to return one order as too big, so I hope refund itself will be quick - then it will be the most perfect company to deal with.

RETURN portal not working

anyone else having a problem? online info says go to zigzag for return label, but it won’t accept my return. says it is too late - but it is not! well within the 2 weeks. have e mailed rixo - but office closed on weekends. something amiss with their system.

I just wanted to reassure you that we did respond to your email earlier this afternoon within around 40 minutes! Your return label was shared with you at 12:30pm today. Our customer service team was online and happy to help, even on a Saturday.

You’re absolutely right that something wasn’t working as expected earlier today. Our returns portal was temporarily experiencing an issue, which incorrectly prevented some eligible returns from being processed. We're very sorry for the confusion this caused. The good news is that this has now been fully resolved, and the portal is back up and running as normal.

Rixo is my absolute go to for anything that just makes me feel a bit special while still feeling myself. I think the prices are fair which makes it doable without the guilt and the customer service is always amazing!

The most beautiful store on kings Road

The most beautiful store on kings Road, with a bar inside too for you to relax with a cocktail. Very friendly staff who were very helpful getting some dresses in my size to try. I was with my mum looking for wedding guest outfits and they really helped us. We purchased a beautiful beaded bag which was a good price for the quality. I have also ordered many times from Rixo and always happy with the experience. High quality and very pretty clothes that I always feel gorgeous in.

I am a long time Rixo fan and it rarely…

I am a long time Rixo fan and it rarely disappoints! One of the reasons I shop there is for the extended size options - love the inclusivity! However, I do wish *all* items came in 'extended sizes'. I always get compliments when I wear my Rixo dresses and have had positive in-store and online experiences. The clothes and accessories are unique and most definitely designed for women by women!

Sells clothes that fall apart after one wear

Bought a dress for £140 that literally fell apart after only one wear and they refused to do anything at all to compensate me. Absolutely shocking - don't buy from this brand.
