Great service by the driver and no complaints about him at all.
However, being told by the control room that my wait would be “15 minutes “, was far from the truth: the first taxi I was promised was way later and eventually disappeared from the tracker, and my the time my actual cab arrived (not the driver’s fault) I’d been waiting 45 minutes

I am happy with my experience, customer service was good,quick to reply & to find out they except dogs was great as i don't drive & had to take my elderly dog to the vets.Taxi was on time & the driver was very friendly, i think that helps expecially in times you are feeling anxious. I will definitely be using this taxi service again. Be nice if the dog/pet friendly drivers where available to book on the app but its not really that important as can phone them

Waiting too long for the driver to arrive

I was very disappointed with the driver. I had two young children with me, and as I got into the car I specifically asked him not to start driving until I had secured their seatbelts. Despite this, he immediately pulled away and was already circling the roundabout before I had finished. It was completely unnecessary and showed no regard for our safety.

I’m extremely frustrated that such a simple request to keep my children safe was ignored. His impatience put all of us at risk. When we reached our destination, I raised the issue with him, but he responded with a patronising grin and simply said “yes”. Whether or not he fully understood English, basic common sense and awareness of child safety should not need explaining.

As for the company itself, the booking process and information provided were excellent. It’s just a real shame that the driver’s behaviour let the experience down.

At 10:20pm, I booked a cab for 10:30pm. Paid, then the app advises driver was still 20 minutes away. Why not tell me before I paid. Driver was great, not his fault but arrived at 10:55pm.
