I had not previously heard of Robertson Bell until I applied for my recent role, but will definitely recommend Emma to anyone seeking a new role. I initially applied for a vacancy on Reed and was contacted only a few days later by the lovely Emma Fuller - she came across as a very professional recruiter for one so young! I felt she dealt with the vacancy and interview arranging very efficiently in a situation where there was clearly some mismatch over the role and what the client were offering. The role title advertised turned out to be different to the actual role title once I received the full job spec, additionally there were other factors not confirmed in the initial advert such as the location requirements. Emma dealt with the ambiguity, queries and confusion caused around these differences very well and she was unflappable. She does also have an empathetic nature which is crucial in providing a good candidate experience as the interview process is always quite a stressful one. As a recruiter myself I can see that Emma has potential to go very far in her career and that she is a great asset to her employer. Good recruiters are hard to find and Emma is definitely in the great category!

I was approached online by Emma Fuller after placing my CV on Reed Online for a vacancy she was helping to hire for. Upon our initial conversation, it was clear that Emma understood the requirements of the role and wanted to make sure it was right for me before arranging interviews.
