Excellent service
Excellent, specific and friendly advice ahead of some significant purchases and equally helpful tips on setting up the equipment after delivery. The service could not have been better.

Rare Spare Found
Jack at Robert White Photographic went above and beyond helping me track down a part, that was now sadly out of production. Whilst many emails and photos were exchanged, with the thought, that maybe with enough info, it could be replicated on a 3D printer. He kept on hunting, and very luckily for me, he found one original part still in storage.
Looking forward to the post arriving, as I live on the other side of the world, and have not had to opportunity to visit the actual store or meet the staff in person.

Hello Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always happy to assist when we are able to. Only too pleased we managed to eventually find the part for you. Look forward to being of service again in the future.
Highly tecommended
I have dealt with Robert White, both for buying and selling equipment, and have found them to provide excellent service in every respect.
Recently I dealt with Jack and Ian, both of whom were extremely polite, helpful and efficient and did what they said they would very promptly.
All in all a faultless and pleasant company to do business with.
I have no hesitation in recommending Robert White Photographic.
