They take Amex along with excellent pricing
1. They accept Amex, many sites don't.
2. Timely shipping and they stay with you throughout the purchase experience
3. Excellent pricing.
4. I picked up a vape device while on assignment in Europe and they carry it, so I can continue using a product I very much like.

I pulled up the specific order this review as for and see that you placed the order on December 3rd for delivery via USPS First Class Mail. Your order shipped on December 4th and was delivered on December 13th which is 4 days behind their average delivery time. Unfortunately USPS is not a guaranteed delivery time service and especially during this time of year they tend to run behind. I did pull up your history and according to our systems every order you've placed has been delivered. If that is inaccurate, please give us a call at 407-459-7751 so that we can assist in locating the missing order.

I initially ordered the wrong product and asked to return. I had zero problems with getting a credit issued in a timely matter. I than placed another order and it it was exactly what I needed. I have to give 5 stars to customer service. I will be ordering again in the near future. Thank you!
