Great machine, flies through rounds, even the knotty bits.

I am pleased with my purchases from Rock Machinery; the service/delivery is great, considering they are based at the extreme other end of the country from me. The build quality of the equipment is also good and reasonably priced. All in all, I can't fault this company or the items I've bought.

It’s a really good bit of kit and to have it delivered at the price was a bonus.

Very pleased with the log splitter I bought. The problem was delivery. A specific day was arranged for delivery which ultimately did not happen(told anytime between 8am & 6pm - 1 day wasted). After a phone call, the next day was allocated which did not happen( no phone call so 2 days wasted awaiting delivery). Then after the weekend my log splitter turned up first thing Monday morning, totally unannounced. This standard of service is totally unacceptableand, cost me 2 days work.

Fabulous machine. However I could not buy it direct from the firm as they couldn't deliver. I eventually purchased it through E Bay with NO delivery charge. Seemed strange that Rock could not supply through their own firm. Very pleased with the log splitter and my back is saying thank you as well.

Amazing - prompt delivery / friendly staff

Delivery was on time, and the driver called ahead to warn us. It was relatively easy to set up on our tractor, and we've been splitting loads of logs that we have for about 4 hours a day, pretty much every day for 14 days. It works beautifully! Its perfect for a small or medium sized place like ours.

I have the phenomenal 22 Tonne Venom Splitter and from ordering the machine to taking delivery and then ordering spares (when I dropped half rounds on things you're not supposed to!), I cannot fault this company. Great products with customer service to match.

Recieved the unit as promised, on time. Great service both on phone and email.
Tested the unit after receiving, Unit works well and not very noisy. Revs can be adjusted depending on the task at hand.
Hopefully i'll have many years of service from the unit. Thanks team.
