Rococo Chocolates Opiniões 

Shortly after ordering my Easter Eggs I emailed the customer service twice and never received any reply at all.

Fabulous chocolate. Bought a selection for Easter. Sad there were no egg shaped chocs but vegan taste was fabulous. I obviously didn’t check what I was buying but that was my fault!

Making good chocolate

Parcel (Easter present) scheduled for delivery by Evri on 28 March and still not received (Wed 3rd April). App stated that failed delivery when I was at home and shows random picture of a car park. No subsequent updates on Evri App. Most disappointing to say the least.

My order was put out for delivery, the delivery firm EVRI left my order outside my gate in the roadside. There was no attempt to open gate and walk up to drive and knock on door. When I finally received photographic notification of where my order had been left, it was gone. Ricoco customer services are beyond disgraceful. Maya does not respond to emails and I have hit a brick wall re resolution. Abysmal company

Excellent products, excellent service (or should that have been egg-cellent!) The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless, and communicated expertly. Thank you Rococo. I will use you again.

One part of order still not arrived - eggs for Easter gifts - now too late - it's Tuesday 2nd April!

Quick delivery and really good quality chocolate in beautiful packaging. Can't do much better really.

My order was inexplicably sent to Pakistan; something to do with the auto-fill address at checkout and probably not Rococo's direct fault. However, any person with half a brain could have seen that '10 Tudor Drive Otford' was not a Pakistani address and yet no-one thought to contact me to check or even question the order. So... the package is now floating around somewhere in South Asia and it cost me £90 for shipping. Customer services was no help either.

Expensive for an Easter Egg, but worth it.

Your products were delicious and much appreciated by the recipient but the two products were delivered separately by two couriers which is very wasteful in these environmentally conscious days

We don’t think the chocolates or choice are as good as when you were in Covent Garden. You are more expensive than Hotel Chocolat and not that much better.

Top quality chocolates and beautiful packaging. Make wonderful gifts or a real treat for yourself

I ordered my chocolates weeks before Easter following my last experience where eggs came damaged. This time l ordered safer items and half the order came but not the other , DESPITE Roco saying every day that they could deliver to all of us by the next my continual emails were ignored and then Maya replied late on Maundy Thursday by which time it was too late!! Rococo, once again you have let a loyal customer down and you think it’s ok to not have a phone line set up and ignore your customers- please get your act sorted and consider that profit and customer service are both important
