very good lesson........

bought 500 rounds 22 wmr come in 50 round plastic cases, but was in a box three times to big and ammo beat around for a week during shipping, sent them great pics of all the busted cases, ammo everywere, call them and got a song and dance, you spend big money and they just throw it in a box and call it good......

They will flag you for fraud if you place a large order and live in an apartment building

I tried to place four orders there, and all of them were flagged as fraud after one or two days. When I first called support, I was told that this was because the shipping and billing addresses were different. I placed another order with matching addresses, but it was also flagged as fraud. I called support again, and this time they said it was because an $1,800 order was being shipped to an apartment building and that this was considered fraud (!). I was also politely informed that all of my future orders would be flagged as fraud, and that they could not provide me with any written confirmation of this.

can't take off work just to sign for decoys

I placed an order on 12/24/25 for an upcoming hunt. Rogers sent me an email the day after Christmas that I did not receive that gave me one day to respond or they would ship the items Fed Ex and require a signature. I can't take off work just to receive decoys, and therefore I will not receive the items I needed for my hunt. I they had real customer service I would have received a call

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

It took them to realise that they don’t have one of the items I have purchased and ship the rest, 2 weeks. Ice storm, FedEx lost it such and such and not a single apology like it’s my fault to trust them with my hard earned $$$$. Never, NEVER again.
Ps. Purchased the lost item from Mack’s, shipped same day, next day delivery by FedEx.

If you are ever concerned about…

If you are ever concerned about returning something here and it is of any value, pay more and buy it somewhere else (Cabela's, Bass Pro or Scheel's). The return policy at Roger's is ONLY in their favor...you will lose and they won't take it back, even with a receipt (over 30 days). This company continues to get harder to do business with and I am now done. I won't shop here anymore.

AWFUL customer service

AWFUL customer service
Package containing $$$ expensive gear was supposedly delivered by Fed Ex but not received. LE and Fed Ex directed me to the seller. Seller was NO help. I am out the cost and have no recourse. Customer Service was not helpful or friendly whatsoever. I had to repeat myself many times and felt they could have cared less. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Exceptional Customer Service To A Not-So-Nice First Time Buyer

I was having a bad day. I saw the Flambeau Master Series Boss Babe doe decoy on sale (but didn't know it was on sale), tried to order, but my VISA gift card wouldn't go through--didn't help that the day was already going bad. So, I tried the next day with my regular credit card. The price went up by $30.00. This day wasn't going so well either and I was looking forward to completing this purchase. There was a misunderstanding over the phone. I hung up and wrote a pretty mean text in the chat. Brian responded immediately, and gave me the sale price. It also came with free shipping since the purchase was over $99. I was expecting to receive it in about 3 days. It came the next day. Free shipping--came next day. So first, please forgive me for being so harsh through this transaction. Brian was the better man. Second, thank you for the great price, quick response and great customer service; coupled with excellent shipping. I'll be using Rogers Sporting Goods from here on out for on-line orders!

bought a pair of hip waders in the…

bought a pair of hip waders in the summer just used them there made for 400 pound sumo wrestler they come up past you knees about 4 inches and the top is as big as a 5 gal bucket said i should have tried on when i got them

Just spent $700 on a panel blind

Just spent $700 on a panel blind. No instructions. It came with 4 metal poles that look like anchor stakes but no where to attach to. Also straps in four different places with nothing to show where they connect. Called customer service and got zero help other than to call avery in the morning. Dont sell a product if you cant explain or show how to use it. Terrible company

Been spending thousands here for years

Been spending thousands here for years, they are starting to price gouge. I can buy most things much cheaper elsewhere now. They just came out with sale flyer 4 days ago and now retracted pricing a few days later to much higher and won't honor price. Don't come out with your flyer if your not sure of your price, bad customer service.

Best customer service anywhere!

I recently took my 3 children ages 8, 9 & 12 to purchase their own fishing gear at Rogers in Liberty, MO. We walked in needing a lot of help, but as we were looking, a young man asked if he could help. He was extremely polite and respectful and knew all the right questions to ask to draw out what we were looking for. He not only knew the answers, but explained very well what we needed to purchase and didn't try to sell us the most expensive items -- just found what we were looking for. Then, he called over another man to give us pointers when fishing at the particular lake were were intending to fish at on vacation, and left us with him. The second man took the time to give us some amazing fishing advice and definitely knew his stuff! Then, back comes the first young man with some things in his hands to finish outfitting us. Honestly, I don't know when I've ever been shown such courtesy and genuine care in customer service. I highly recommend Rogers to any and all who might need anything "sporting goods" related -- and will definitely head back myself when the need arises. Thank you for all your help!
