The combined experience of the team at Robin Hood Watersports (ROHO) enables them to be more than just a sales team. My experiences, each time I have been in the shop, have felt like I have had a personal shopper experience where I have been listened to, the products I thought I needed discussed, sometimes challenged and the kit I have come away with has always been exactly what I needed even if I went in thinking I needed something else. I have purchased paddles, dry suits, cags, buoyancy aids, wetsuit boots, more recently canyoning boots for better grip on wet rocks etc. I thoroughly recommend giving the shop a visit if you are need of some kayaking kit.

One slight negative would be the website, sometimes it is very difficult to find what I’m looking for but usually a quick call to the team and I can find it. Sometimes it is a bit slow too. Of course it may well be user error rather than issue with website!

At all stages of my purchase RoHo made sure everything was in order and were very timely & professional in their transactions.

Absolutely awesome company. Every staff member goes above and beyond to help you. They always offer the best advice, not just what is most expensive. I recommend them to everybody and wouldn't go anywhere else for watersports equipment :-) thank you!

Excellent Communications from RoHo and great prices. Easy to read and use website, lots of great content on their blogs.
George went the extra mile with fitting extra grips I purchased to my kayak and delivery was on time as originally agreed. Really pleasant chap. Will definitely use them again.

Don't buy here anything!

Absolutely awful service. My order #000012740 to South Korea is stuck on the Korean border since October, 14 because of the documents wich were made wrong. Several times I asked the seller to solve the problem or help anyhow but I got no any answer. At all! Now I just want my money back, and since there are no any comments from the shop I guess I'll go to court soon.

If the shop wants to solve the problem - contact me.

According to my experience of orders in international online stores, if I pay for delivery to the store - the store solves the problems that happens in the process. My package was stuck at the Korean border, you, first, did not notify me about the fee, second, totally ignored my requests for help. You partially returned the money even for the goods (the money for delivery there and back hasn't been returned), a month after it was returned to you. If I hadn't written this review, the money would not have been returned at all. As a result - there are no goods, money is lost. I paid for YOUR MISTAKE.

Fantastic shop and dive school, and super, Knowledgeable staff- Especially Lindsey for whom nothing was too much trouble. Friendly as efficient and great product knowledge. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service, website works well, options were good, aftersales was exemplarary, from personal e-mail of dispatch and hand written note (always get me!), the delivery service was poor for me (DHL) but that is likely due to my out-of-town address. Will (in fact already have) shopped with again, highly recommeded.

I was able to speak to an adviser in person and get personalised advice on which equipment would best suit us. This is so much nicer than just doing everything on-line and with a chatbot!

We did our 1st Suba dive lesson last night and it was fantastic, very easy lessons and the teachers were so friendly and understanding, was put at ease from the start and didn’t want it to end, would definitely recommend Robin Hood to anybody. Fantastic place can’t wait for our next one.
