I noticed after I had ordered that the delivery address was wrong. I contacted Rollersnakes and was helped by Christian who sorted everything out for me. Will definitely use again.

After a bit of initial miscommunication, Rob really went above and beyond to make sure some snowboard pants arrived in time for my son’s school ski trip (hand delivered). The service was excellent and the product is great quality. Highly recommend!

These guys are great - Been buying stuff of them for years and got some ski mitts as presents from the miss that didn't fit. Despite being outside the window, they honoured the return and the customer service was great - Will be using them again.

I've been a customer for 10 years plus. Used to be my favourite online shop for clothes. Quality of clothing is mostly very poor now. £60 hoodies are same stuff I can get in a elsewhere for £20 with poor quality prints. Returns policy is also atrocious.

The packaging and box were badly damaged.
A footprint shaped hole in the lid in fact!
I emailed support not thinking there was anything to be done but no Rob came back to me almost immediately
He offered to send a new box flat packed
It arrived in timely fashion and in the packet some stickers too

I recently had an outstanding experience with Rob from Roller Snakes, and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. It’s one thing for a business to offer great products at reasonable prices — that should be standard — but the real measure of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong.

I had a skateboard go missing with DHL, and with Christmas just around the corner, I was stressed thinking my 7-year-old might end up without his big surprise. Rob personally called me, kept me updated throughout the process, and without hesitation sent out a replacement board while DHL searched for the original. His communication was reassuring, his approach was proactive, and he was genuinely friendly the whole way through.

Service like that is rare these days. Rob turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a reminder of what true customer care looks like. Because of this experience, I’ll be sticking with Roller Snakes for all future orders. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Terrible service and communication untrustworthy really !!
im still awaiting a refund for items the shop said they haven’t received but I have delivery evidence and a photo which proves they have it .
I’ve tried to reach out many times to a guy called rob and he never comes back to me so will have to proceed in another way to try and get my money back

I love rollersnakes. They are so human and kind, going out of their way to offer their stakeboard skills to build my kid a deck for Christmas.
And when I had to return and order on a card I had to cancel so due to scanners their communication was perfect. Will always shop with them

Shoes arrived in good time and great condition - really pleased with them.

For years i have always trusted ROLLERSNAKES........for quality,reasonable prices,& outstanding professional customer care. The last order I put in again arrived a few days later at no extra cost and im extremely happy with my DC's & vans Tee, you guys will always be my go to for Skate shoes & wear ❤️

Ordered DC skate shoes in Jan 2025. Only wore them occasionally, but after 4 months the soles were completely worn through at the heels – totally unacceptable for shoes marketed as durable skatewear.

I contacted Rollersnakes with photos and a detailed explanation. Got told it was “normal wear and tear” and offered 10% as a “goodwill gesture”. I cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and asked for a fair resolution.

Then? Nothing. No replies. No updates. Just silence.

I’ve now filed complaints with Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman.

Sadly, I’ve found many other reviews describing the exact same experience.
This seems to be a pattern – not a one-off. Avoid.

Incredibly upset. Spent £70 to receive a dirty used pair of skates. Do not buy from here. Disgusting.
