Straight 5 star, timely delivery, good pricing, excellent customer service
Straight 5 star, I have an exhibition on Thursday and I found Rollupbanner.com on Monday afternoon, they assisted me all the way to check the files, and make sure they are printed and delivered the rollup banner to me on Wednesday. Best ever experience and excellent customer service. Will definitely re-order again!
P.S. The roll up banner quality is superb even I purchased the Standard One.

Great service, made such a pleasant change being able to communicate with a human. Other online printers might be slightly cheaper but good service is worth a little extra and Rollupbanner are good value for money.

Hidden Fees and Zero Responsibility – Never Ordering From Them Again
I ordered banners and confirmed all delivery details through their live chat. At no point was I informed that sending the order to Ireland would result in an additional €42.55 import VAT. I even offered a UK address, but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that there would be no extra charges.
After the order was dispatched, DHL contacted me demanding the €42.55 fee. When I went back to the company, they took no responsibility and left me completely alone with the problem, insisting that I must pay it.
This is unacceptable.
A company should clearly inform customers of any potential costs before the order is placed. Instead, they gave misleading information and then refused to help when the issue appeared.
Because of this, I was forced to pay a charge that should have been disclosed from the start.
I will never order from them again.

Thank you again for your feedback. As mentioned, we made it clear in your bill that our shipping cost was exclusive of any local taxes and duties. At no point did we ever mention there would be no extra charges fur customs and duties.
