Excellent service provided by Codie James in used car sales when showing us a Toyota Aygo X car for my daughter. Unfortunately the car wasn’t for us so we did not purchase it after all. Reservation Deposit was quickly refunded (no quibbles) I would definitely recommend this dealership honest and trustworthy

Visited the ilkeston branch just to take a look at a Corolla, after looking up reviews for all dealers within 3 mile radius. These guys had the best reveiws, and they lived up to it. Matthew was excellent from start to finish. Never drove an automatic before, mini lesson given, put at ease. Decided to buy and all the options were explained clearly and openly. Part ex completed with full explaination of deal and price. Handover arranged around my needs and very smooth transaction with aftercare offered and given. Highly recommend going here before any other Toyota dealer. Also ask for matt. His servoce was second to none.

We bought a 3 year old Toyota Corolla; dealing with Matthew Fearn at the Ilkeston dealership.
He accomodated every request towards testing a number of cars. When we finally collected our new car, we noticed a very small crack in the windscreen, as we arrived home. The car was boked in 2-days later, with no quibble and the windscreen was replaced.
As we became used to the car, we had several queries over the following few weeks. Matthew was easy to contact and dealt with every one of them promptly and patiently.
I have always found this company to be accomodating and entirely reliable and trustworthy.

Highly recommend a visit to Ron Brooks Ilkeston, went to look at a used CHR, Matthew was excellent from start to finish, From walking through the door, your greeted by a host. Then Matthew understood what I wanted to purchase and went through all their process. Me and my sister were very impressed, even had a lovely conversation with a gentleman called Neil, who made sure we'd had a good visit with them today and gave my sister some wild flower seeds. Then when we arrived a few days later to pick the car up. Again, the appointment was on time, the car was ready, and Matthew took time to set up my app and explain all the new controls before we set off. Thank you for a lovely, stressfree experience.

I have always used Ron Brooks Toyota Service department for my Toyota, but today I received fantastic customer service from the Service Manager Mr Richard Wildman and so I felt I needed to post a review. On Sunday 8th October on my Toyota Aygo whilst driving 3 yellow warning lights came on including the engine management one, for me this was very worrying as I had booked a mid morning flight from EMA on Tuesday 10th October and paid for airport parking, I visited Ron Brooks service with no appointment at 8am, only to see if the car was ok to drive to the airport with the 3 warning lights on, but Mr Wildman said to leave it with them and he would see what he could do. I was amazed to receive a phone call at 4.30pm informing me they had repaired my car and it was ready to collect. Fantastic I could drive to the airport with full peace of mind and I have never experienced such customer service before, and I cannot thank Ron Brooks Service enough.

Called sales team about a car. Was told car is available but will be ready for test drive after the weekend. Was promised that will get a call back. Never got a call back. To my surprise when I enquired about the same car was told it is sold. Disgusting Sales team service.
