It was very easy to order my blinds. And they would inform me by email if there were any delays, which was fine with me because it was only a couple of days.

I ordered new Velux blinds to replace old ones where the cords were damaged. The replacement blinds arrived promptly and were relatively easy to fit. I followed the diagrams and videos and soon had them working perfectly. They were also less expensive than the same items from the Velux shop.

Good
Good, cheaper than ordering from Velux direct but the delivery estimate is not realistic as my order came from France with all the delays incurred with import goods.
Customer service was good also.
