Really good quality shingles, delivered very quickly indeed.

REFUSED A RETURN OF UNOPENED ITEMS AWFUL COMPANY PRETTY SURE ITS ILLEGAL

Delivery of the product was due between 12.15 and 14.00. I called at 14.30 and was told that this only an estimated delivery time. I was given a new slot between 14.30 and 17.00.
I indicated that 17.00 was too late and possibly no one on site to receive the product.
I was told that this would be an additional delivery charge if the delivery failed.
This does not inspire confidence for future orders!

Great price,the big problem is with the courier, had notification that it was to be delivered on Wednesday, didn't turn.
Again notification it would be delivered Thursday, didn't turn up. Again out for delivery this time between 3.30 and 5.30 pm.....turns up at 7.30pm.
Also turned up broken in half, fortunately I only needed a 35mm piece.
If possible change from using DX

Originally we wanted green roofing materials as advertised but none available. Accepted the black.

Today unpacked the materials ready for fitting tomorrow. The last of the 8 roof sheets had an irregular hole about 2 inches diameter in it. There were no particles in the wrapping material so can only conclude that sheet was packed with the hole already in it. The roof will have to be made watertight with patching.

The material itself seems very suitable for protecting my summer house. It was a pity that the damaged sheet bypassed quality control before sending out.

Good prices, however, do not believe their lead times though. Overall a good company, I use them for all my Velux purchases - rewards with Velux are great.
