We were a bit surprised by the communication issue, as English is something our front-of-house team is trained and expected to handle day to day — but we’d really like to understand what happened in your case, since that’s clearly not what we aim for.

Antes de nada, queremos pedirte disculpas por el tiempo que ha pasado sin respuesta por nuestra parte. Hemos detectado recientemente que esta ficha de Trustpilot no estaba siendo gestionada por nuestro equipo, y ahora que hemos podido recuperar el acceso a la cuenta, queremos revisar y responder a todos los comentarios pendientes, por antiguos que sean — el tuyo incluido.

Nos tomamos muy en serio cualquier duda sobre cargos o el uso de datos de pago, y nos gustaría revisar tu caso concreto con el detalle de la reserva (localizador, fechas y nombre) para poder darte una explicación clara sobre el cargo aplicado y la política de cancelación de tu tarifa.
