Only problem I had was finding the 17/32 drill bit that would fit my drill, rest was great.

Product showed up was wrong size. I emailed promptly about got nothing back and still have not heard anything about replacing the product so I'm am very unhappy with the transaction. It seems nobody cares after they get paid.

Bed cover was delivered fast in great condition and very well packaged. Install was simple and finished install looks great and seems to be well constructed

What a great addition to the truck! Makes life so much easier transporting things!

Perfect fit on my new 2026 4runner. Slightly lower than the floor board for easy entry. Not too tight to vehicle, not too low either.

Item arrived minimally packaged, all of the lug nuts were scratched, dented, or chipped. Reached out to customer service, got a new box sent. New box was packaged the same way, lug nuts were damaged the same way. Gave up, ain't nobody got time for the ineptitude that is Rough Country.

I do like the chat you guys have set up to help with simple questions. Or even complex ones as well. I can say the crew you guys have very easy to text too. I’m an older guy. I explain this to one of the rough county specialists. I said bear with me. I’m not good with this on chating on your chat box. So we took it slow and he help me greatly. So I can appreciate the fact that I wasn’t just treated like a number. So thank you Rough Country. Also I did call in before and they were super nice and very knowledgeable as well. Thanks again. I loved the running boards and how easy they were to install but I was missing over half of the nuts and lock washers in the kit.

Very easy to order parts, and they were in stock. Quality is equivalent to other brands. Also had to return the 3.5" struts, process was pretty simple.

Told I’d receive it on Wednesday. Holding out on this part so I can work. Well parts somehow ended up in a different state. Still don’t have a delivery date as of today. So. I guess fedex will owe me a new job since I was let go today.

Order arrived really fast and these guys have a very intuitive online platform. Highly recommend them and will be back in the near future.
