Again Rowlands Welshpool have come to my rescue. I live in Wrexham but visit Welshpool on a regular basis. I couldn’t get a Libre Sensor Plus 2 in any chemist within a 5 mile radius of my home. So I phoned Welshpool & they confirmed they had some in stock. I don’t drive so caught the T12 bus and one & a half hours later arrived at the pharmacy. But unfortunately I had given the wrong information over the phone & it looked like they weren’t going to be able to help me. I was devastated. But the staff took the time & effort to look and they found one (the only one in the shop)
The reason I am writing this review is because this pharmacy was only manned by two assistants and one pharmacist and yet although being extremely busy with a steady stream of customers, they took the time & trouble to assist me. My own local pharmacy has at least 4 assistants who could all learn a thing or two from the lovely helpful and well organised staff in Welshpool. Whist I waited, I watched. In admiration at how proficient the staff were. They are a well organised & very helpful team. I visited the store on 1st May 2025. Thank you to all concerned
