Unfortunately our 14 year old dog Oscar needed putting to sleep on the 5th of October due to becoming extremely unwell within a few days. We were absolutely heartbroken. We had him put to sleep at home and a close friend who had used Roxy’s Rainbow recommended them so we decided to use them for Oscar’s cremation. They came to collect Oscar at our home and were extremely compassionate and understanding, sitting down next to us and telling us how beautiful our boy was. I struggled to leave his side, and couldn’t watch them take him out of the house and they handled this perfectly. They informed me that Oscar had arrived safely at Roxy’s Rainbow and the next day we were able to collect Oscar’s ashes and bring him home. I have no doubt that they looked after my Oscar with care throughout the whole process. The paw prints/mould that they did for us are perfect and will be kept forever. An absolutely incredible service, would recommend to anyone. Made an unbearable day slightly more bearable. Thankyou Roxy’s Rainbow x

After a matter of fact final visit to our vets for the passing of our lovely Jack Russell Mikey. We had the good fortune to contact Roxy’s and encountered a first class experience from start to finish from a truly caring family business. We felt so comfortable having them deal with our dog through the compassion they offered and the professional manner in which they dealt with us. Their dedication is outstanding making a terrible time a little easier to bear. Thank you x

When one of the most stressful times your family has to experience i cannot recommend roxys rainbows highly enough. So kind,caring, helpful and empathetic. Thank you ! Our boy was back home the next afternoon after suddenly losing him the evening before.Do not hesitate to contact.

This company is superb. I used them 2 years ago to cremate Missy. Had to call them out Easter Sunday. No probs, came within a half hour to save my lovely Harvey having to wait till next day. Dedication is absolutely outstanding. Giving up their time to help in difficult times. Totally in awe of this company.

After 17 wonderful years we had to put our little friend Bauer Liddle to sleep. The care and consideration from Roxysrainbow was excellent. They informed us that they had collected Bauer from the vets on Saturday and assured us of their lovely care .
On Sunday morning we received a call to tell us that they were able to fetch his ashes to our home.
It made a really hard time a little more bearable.

Everything about dealing with Roxy's Rainbow has made a very heartbreaking time much more bearable. The communication was excellent throughout and afterwards, the pick up from our home was dignified and prompt and we knew at all times where our little pup was and at what stage of the process he was in.
On the day, Lewis was in the area waiting for our call so when our little buddy was ready he was just around the corner. He let me carry the dog to his van on his bed which I felt I needed to do, then he explained what else would happen.
We recieved the ashes the next day and they let us know exactly when he'd be back so we could both be there to recieve him.
They included a couple of paw prints and some fur clippings, as well as a hand written card which was a really nice touch. There was also a certificate to say our furry pal had been treated and cremated with dignity and care.
Honestly can't recommend them enough, they were empathetic, professional and very competitively priced.
Thank you so much for looking after our boy on his final journey.

An excellent service, treated our dog with dignity and gave us the space we needed to say goodbye when they picked him up. Ashes back within 24 hours, excellent.
