Neu beim Händler gekauft
Sehr nett und freundlich hat alles versprochen und nichts eingehalten, war ne Luftpumpe, ein klassischer Totalausfall.Dafür RollsRoyce Werkstatt Preise bei mieser Leistung und Service.
Das Motorrad wenn es läuft! ,ein Traum.
Es läuft halt nicht immer die Qualität von Hersteller Seite ist doch arg durchwachsen.Freundlich gesagt, der Hersteller lässt dem Besitzer unendlich viel Raum für Verbesserungen!!
An dieser Stelle könnte ich ein Buch über Probleme und Mängel schreiben, nur soviel, aus deutscher Sicht ist das Motorrad sehr sehr schlecht.
Aber mit viel Stil und wirklicher Einzigartigkeit weshalb ich sie immer noch habe.(Mann kann ja verbessern)

2014 gebraucht gekauft
Qualität nochmals deutlich schlechter, da früher gebaut und teilweise Konstruktionsfehler noch nicht abgestellt waren(hängender autodekompressor,unterdimensioniertes Hauptpleullager,zerbröselnder Anlasserfreulauf….).
Ansonsten siehe oben.
Habe sie 2022 verkauft und mir
3 eine Meteor 350 bj2022 gekauft.
Habe das Motorrad neu bei einem anderen Händler gekauft und mir alle meine Wünsche in den Kaufvertrag eintragen lassen.
Bei Auslieferung wollte der Händler nichts mehr davon wissen und ich verweigerte die Abhohlung.
Darauf hin wurde ich angepammt, blieb aber dabei das der Vertrag zu erfüllen ist.
Als der Händler merkte das er auf dem Motorrad sitzen bleiben wird hat er dann doch den Vertrag eingehalten und mir das
Motorrad quasi vor die Haustür gekippt.

An dem ausgeliefertem Motorrad fand ich eine lose vordere Steckachse mehrere losen Schrauben eine stümperhaft verbaute Batterie und einen schief montierten Sturzbügel vor.
Bei der ersten Ausfahrt habe ich einen Kettenspanner verloren, war wohl nicht fest gewesen!
Die Qualität des Motorrads ist deutlich besser als bei den obigem .
Tolles Bike fährt sich super aber ist extrem langsam und Beschleunigung gibt’s nicht.Man setzt sich in Bewegung und wird schneller.
Fazit:Royal Enfields Sind wirklich anders und was besonderes fahren sich einfach , sind leicht zu beherrschen und es macht irrsinnig Spaß damit zu fahren.Allerdings sollt man schon ein wenig leidensfähig sein und mit Werkzeug solte man auch umgehen können.(ist erkernbar)

Meteor 350 supernova classic this bike manufactured worst , there is no good quality metals, and guard at all . All my body parts of metal are getting breaking , so they are giving bad metals on body of bike so don’t trust on this bike . Bike wires also got damaged . I lodged complaint but Showroom peoples are not responding properly especially Bagalkot people . If any one need proof I’ll send images with date and complaint.

I had a pre Eicher 1993 Bullet 500 originally and sadly sold it. Eicher are only in this game for profit, not for the rider nor for motorcycling. Factory Interceptor Bear was fine originally, but Royal Enfield are thoroughly let down by their dealerships. Most of them scoring about one star out of five in people's experience. We seem to be tied to the dealership for the first two services. After that, I look forward to being free from Royal Enfield dealerships and use my own trusted and far more economical mechanic. RE spares and parts are priced at ridiculously high levels!

DO NOT ORDER. The order never arrived, yet they took the money. Customer service was terrible: I placed my order on time and paid immediately, but the order did not arrive within the advertised timeframe. After many phone calls with the service line, the communication was awful. They kept repeating that they were sorry, that the order had not been shipped, and that they could not even see it—yet they still took the money! They took 18,315 rupees from us!

If you try to reach out to the company for help they will deflect, deny and lie.

Wir haben mit Royal Enfield äußerst schlecht erlebt
Wir haben mit Royal Enfield äußerst schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
Unsere Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 hatte bereits nach wenigen Monaten einen Totalschaden am Motor. Die Reaktion darauf war schlichtweg unverschämt: Wir wurden mit einem lächerlichen Betrag von 500 € abgespeist und mussten den kompletten Austauschmotor für fast 6.000 € selbst bezahlen.
Die Werkstatt hat uns ohne ernsthafte Untersuchung sofort die Schuld gegeben – mutmaßlich nur deshalb, weil das Motorrad in Italien und nicht bei ihm gekauft wurde. Fachlich und kundenorientiert war dieses Verhalten absolut inakzeptabel.
Die gesamte Korrespondenz mit Royal Enfield war über Wochen hinweg extrem mühsam, schleppend und unprofessionell. Irgendwann waren wir einfach nur noch müde und frustriert, uns weiter mit diesem Hersteller herumzuschlagen.
Wir haben den neuen Motor schließlich auf eigene Kosten einbauen lassen.
Es ist unfassbar, dass ein fast neuwertiges Motorrad überhaupt einen Totalschaden am Motor erleidet.
Derzeit steht das Motorrad zum Verkauf. Wir möchten mit diesem Alptraum Royal Enfield endgültig abschließen und das Kapitel vergessen.

Very expensive service here in Udaipur compared to its Competition. still giving 3 starts for its legacy. But service can be cheaper as other brand are offering for specific models BTW i am owing an Hunter 350.
Terrible experience with the RE customer service
Terrible experience with the Royal Enfield biking gear. Overpriced for the protection they offer (or don’t - riding pants arrived without the hip protectors and the team told me that’s the default, whereas the site clearly mentions that they’re included). In any case, Royal Enfield is CE level 1 gear that you should ignore in favour of better brands and quality at competitive prices.

Bad service of okhla phase 2 new delhi service centre before my bike was running very smooth then I go for a service before 3-4 days they changed clutch plate and I told them there are some problem in my bike they said ok then the same day I go to service centre to pick my bike then I checked they only changed clutch plates or i don't know they changed or not, then I saw only put the oil and grece. even I checked they put grece on chain I told him put lube on chain you know when I ride the smoothness is gone no pickup and increased bad sound loudly and I explained them what you have to do, and I paid 8000rs for this things, then I saw my bike I ride I am not satisfied so my bad experienced for this service. So guys if you are going for service centre make sure before they deliver your bike please check everything and ride then if you not satisfied ask them for service again.

I had four bike services for free and got them done.Noticed that after a few days the bike started making noise.10 days have passed since the service And when I went to the service center to get it repaired,Service was done again and bill was also paid.
But the sound started coming again
When I took it to the service center, the service people said that we have no guarantee. Now I think it is useless to buy Royal Enfield.
Royal Enfield is useless to me when the engine is not good.My opinion is that you should buy the bike after thinking carefully and take guarantee.Take the guarantee in writing so that you do not face any problem in future.

Terrible service. The bike has to be scrapped after reaching its first service at 300 miles.
