I bought some sport shoes from Spain and the experience throughout the entire process was satisfactory. Good quality of the product, good price, seriousness in shipping and receipt of the order in excellent condition.

I've owned 8+ sets of Hoka shoes. All the shoes have been size 11. The shoes I received from this company are the only pairs that don't fit- possibly buying them second hand....Contacted the company and explained the dilemma. Her response, "That sucks doesn't it. Companies do that sometimes."...

No, companies don't just change the size of their shoes. Regardless, the RWA charges $13.10 for any returns. The disclaimer on the return page is shady/ dishonest. Exchanges are not free of charge. You still have to pay the $13.10 to get the shoes back to them. Returns are NOT free, but if you order another pair from them, they'll ship the shoes to you for free. If those don't fit, pay another $13.10 to return the shoes...and the cycle repeats itself.

Representative's sarcastic demeanor and unprofessional approach to solve problems is pathetic at best. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Acquistate Brooks Glycerin 20 originali, nuove, a un ottimo prezzo (95 euro compresa spedizione). Arrivate in 3 giorni, nonostante nell'inserzione fossero indicate 2 settimane. Ottima esperienza, l'app funziona bene ed è utile per avere tutto a portata di mano. Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta e sarà il primo negozio dove cercherò le mie prossime scarpe da corsa.

This site is fishy. I would not purchase anything from them. I provided them with my first responder photo ID and they claim that I get a 15% discount. They do not, however, explain property HOW discount gets applied. They just say that "discount will be applied during processing." There. Take it or leave. So, when you get to the check out and input your credit card number, you will get charged full amount. Then you have to email them to fight for this alleged 15% discount. There is a high potential for fraud and Identity Theft. DO NOT recommend!

Mi par de zapatos vinieron desde Alemania, atravesaron un océano y llegaron en mi domicilio de las Palmas de Gran Canaria sin ningún problema

Running Warehouse needs to improve. First, prices are quite high compared to competitors. Their customer service is not great and seems confused and lost. My transaction got flagged as suspicious and required me to call in and to pre-authorize the transaction. Then when I did received my order (GPS watch), it had three months of activities on it. So, it was either a return or refurbished watch.

The good things about the company is that they one to two day shipping and they have free returns, however, most places have that for running shoes.

Order number 2898351. I ordered a pair which said in stock and then they have not arrived and no email to say they were sent, so emailed them to be told, not in stock till March, I've never come across a site that takes your money for orders that are not in stock, yet when ordering it says in stock. Sent 2 emails now and no response, just want a refund to buy some where else. Might have to contact CCPC or consumer rights I'd no response in next day.

Habe Schuhe in die Schweiz bestellt. Musste beim Abholen Zollgebühren zahlen. Eine Info über diese zusätzlichen Gebühren ist auf der Website nur maximal schlecht auffindbar vorhanden.

Amazon taught us how to do e-commerce and provide the infrastructure for those how cannot do it themselves. In 2023, there is no excuse for being this bad.

I am a first time user of Running Warehouse, a pan-Europe store based out of Germany.

The proposition is a low[er than average] price and 3-4 day guaranteed delivery to your door with DHL. This is misleading as the price is the price less sales tax, which you have to pay on delivery. Shipping is through Deutsche Post and its country affiliates. In Switzerland, this is through Swiss Post. The DHL tracking told me my package was delivered, but not how to get it redelivered. The customer support phone line repeats the same information. The customer support email is not answered. THE DHL online portal does not provide any functionality. It currently states my order is in Germany, 10 days (8 business days) after order. The tax cannot be paid unless you collect from a Swiss Post Office, and it was there I was able to track down my package, which I had to pay to collect. The customer address on the package was not the one I entered in the order, nor the one registered with the post office. It is a miracle I have my package.

I called Running World three times for support and received little. I received commitments to arrange redelivery and of call backs. No commitments were kept. In frustration I asked for a refund and this was not possible without the order being returned.

Customers have a responsibility to call this stuff out. We accept it and the service will continue to decline in the name of margin. I shall look forward to adding Running World’s cost base when I return this item.

Arrived in 6 days to Romania. All good.

Super expérience avec ce site, j'ai reçu mes Hoka speedgoat sans problème. La seule chose que je puisse dire c'est qu'il y a eu un délais de 5 jours au lieu de 3 pour la réception.

Si vous êtes sûr de votre choix, le prix des chaussures de sport est imbattable. Et si vous êtes domicilié dans l’Union européenne, il n’y aura sans doute aucun problème de retour.
Je mets toutefois en garde les Suisses et autres non européens. Le retour est certes gratuit (en tout cas pour les Suisses) mais le formulaire online est très compliqué à remplir. Ça ne fonctionnait jamais, même avec un collaborateur au bout du fil. Au final ils m’ont envoyé une étiquette de retour sans que j’aie besoin de le remplir.
Récupérer les frais de douane en cas de retour sera votre responsabilité car ni le transporteur (DHL) ni Running Warehouse ne vous aideront à le faire.
En ce qui me concerne, si je ne suis pas absolument sûre de vouloir conserver l’article, je commanderai désormais dans mon pays ou auprès d’un marchand ayant une succursale en Suisse.

I already own a pair of Brooks Glycerin 20 joggers which I bought from another supplier and decided to ordered a new pair from the Running Warehouse.

The support sole of the new Brooks Glycerin 20 is nothing like my old pair - which makes me think I was sent a fake.

In future I will buy from another supplier other than the Running Warehouse.

This place is the most stuck up horrible group of people that have ever existed. They have been nothing but rude and horribly passive aggressive, reluctant to do anything to help and their main customer service person is lazy and unmotivated to do anything. They should be shut down and I hope they get their karma. I purchased shorts through this company with express shipping and received them many days later because of their slow processing. Barely apologising for their poor performance at handling this situation. The shorts were the wrong size. Regardless of their “easy returns” note on their page. It is anything but easy. They’ve forced me to pay $13.50 for a shipping label to exchange it back and then refused to accept the exchange unless I pay a FURTHER $25. Making up a ridiculous excuse saying it “pays for putting it back in the system and these phone calls”. Which is absolute garbage. After saying don’t worry I’ll sell them privately, can I get a refund on the return fee. They’ve refused to refund me my money. These $60 shorts are quickly going to $90 based on their disgusting attitude and policy. They should be ashamed. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Genuinely terrible service.

Meine Trailschuhe sind nach nur knapp 2 Monaten Tragezeit an mehreren Stellen kaputt. Auf meine E-Mailanfrage beim Kundendienst gab es keine Antwort. Anschliessend habe ich angerufen und es wurde mir gesagt, dass meine Anfrage im Spamordner gelandet ist und sofort bearbeitet wird. Nach jetzt über 10 Tagen habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Beim Kundendienst habe ich mittlerweile 20 Mal (!!!) angerufen und es geht niemand ans Telefon (nach 40 Sek fliege ich aus der Warteschleife). Finger weg, die Firma ist nicht seriös!!!

I purchased a pair of Salomon running shoes. They were marginally too big but I still removed the plastic tab and destroyed the box (out of habit I guess). The next day, I decided they were definitely too big so reached out to their customer service team to see if they would still accept the return and provide me with store credit. According to their returns policy, they were not required to accommodate this request but they did and the customer service was extremely prompt and friendly. I used the credit towards another item that I wanted and will be coming back to Running Warehouse for all future needs.

I ordered running shoes for 100£ and received an empty box!!!
