Je découvre ce site pour commander mes Hoka Clifton Edge 7. Colis reçu dans les temps, très bon état du colis, je recommande ce site sérieux. Cerise sur le gâteau, à un prix imbattables les Clifton Edge sont vraiment top 👍👍👍

Pour ma part, j'ai passé 2 commandes et j'ai reçu rapidement les produits. J'ai également effectué un retour (étiquette prépayée à imprimer donc pas de frais de retour) et j'ai pu suivre sans problème le colis jusqu'à son arrivée en Allemagne et remboursement rapide. Le seul bémol c'est peut-être la livraison UPS car les 2 fois je n'étais pas chez moi et les cartons étant assez gros, j'ai eu un mal fou à les sortir de ma boîte aux lettres. Peut-être tenter un suivi la poste plutôt que UPS car je ne sais pas s'ils iront déposer le colis au bureau de poste si ça ne loge pas dans la boîte aux lettres.

Compré unas Saucony Peregrine 10 y unos calcetines el 13 de noviembre. DHL debía entregarlo el 26 pero sin noticias. Después de volverme loco buscando el paquete a través del seguimiento y de tres reclamaciones en DHL parcel resulta que el paquete nunca se envió. En el número de teléfono que proporciona la página web (prefijo de Madrid) la chica me dijo que el paquete estaba en el trámite de Aduanas, ....no volvieron a cogerme el teléfono nunca más. Después de la reclamación en DHL me dicen que llame a Correos, que ellos no lo han enviado...Para colmo la plataforma de pago de www _unningwarehouse_eu NO ES UNA PLATAFORMA DE PAGO SEGURO! ojo!! menos mal que pagué a través de PayPal y al reclamarles a ellos me devolvieron el dinero sobre la marcha. No vuelvo a comprar aquí. Además ahora me pongo a leer y resulta que tiene valoraciones negativas por todas partes en los últimos meses.

Bought a pair of Asics Nimbus couple of weeks ago. Probably my 10th pair now from these guys. Nimbus suit my foot. (Have bought many other brands over the years) Never had an issue with my orders. I would recommend them as an online store. No issue.

Running marathons year in year out/and training daily/regularly does wear shoes down quite quickly. Would be great if they had better sales when they have them with bigger savings as $200 a pop + for runners does get expensive. Other than that all good.

Im sorry to say I cant recommend anyone to buy shoes from Running Warehouse! I bought 3 pairs of Hoka. Bondi 7, Torrent 2 and Challenger ATR 5. All 3 pairs was poorly manufactured and damaged. They sell you singled out scrap! Im so disappointed!

No comprar, vivo en canarias, hice un pedido el 11 de agosto hoy es 26 y entro en su página me derivan a DHL donde dice que la dirección es incorrecta, esto es falso la dirección es la de mi casa de siempre! Les escribo y me dicen que hable con correos de mi localidad cuando es DHL repito quien lleva el paquete y DHL NO COGE EL TELÉFONO, pero tengo yo que buscar el pedido??? Esto no es pides algo y te llega a tu casa que para eso te cobran gastos de envío, NO COMPRAR EN ESTA PÁGINA MEJOR EN TIENDA SIEMORE

I have used Running Warehouse for years. It has been for me one of the most reliable online companies I have ever used. The customer service has always been top notch. There has never been a problem with a return or crediting back my account. Running Warehouse is a superb and trustworthy place to do business.

purchased running shoes from this store several weeks ago. Recently returned to the site to purchase another different pair and noticed the ones I'd purchased earlier were $20 cheaper. I also found them $60 cheaper at another online store. I asked the store if they'd consider a $20 discount on a 2nd pair of shoes I wanted to buy and got a very undiplomatic 'no' response. As this store doesn't offer value anymore ($60 cheaper elsewhere) and have unhelpful staff, I won't go there again.

This is one place I can usually count on having my size (which is a harder to find size) I love that I'm able to easily pre-order my running shoes. Quick and free shipping and free returns.

Es mag sein, dass in den USA etwas schief läuft, aber in Deutschland funktioniert der Laden. Ich habe telefonisch gefragt: sie bekommen die Laufschuhe direkt vom Produzenten, daher wohl günstig. Meine NB waren von 130 auf 72 € herabgesetzt und innerhalb von 2 Tagen da.

I order my running shoes exclusively from Running Warehouse (likely 15 pairs over the last 5 years). When I've run into any issue with my order (including just not liking the way the shoe fit), they have been quick and responsive to refund and to deal with the shipping. Until something changes, I won't go anywhere else.

My experience was flawless, but as some here suggested I had no problems at all and never had to contact customer support. In that matter and can't state anything either good or bad. The price was good, and the itens delivered on time as expected. Thats all I can expect... I might go with the reviews saying that as long as everything goes accordingly, ex. dont have to send pair back, or wanted to return, it works perfectly. Although, as I said before, I have no experience in that matters... Trying my new altars today!!!

Ordered a pair of Altra Torin 4 for full price of €140 from them as everywhere else was out of stock. 1st pair had black marker and glue on them. Contacted support and they arranged postage which is free but takes an age to get from Ireland to Germany (1week).
Just received the 2nd pair after 2 weeks of waiting - The have black marker on them also and glue as well - They have also been worn as there was dirt on the soles. I am livid!!!!! I left a note in the return box to check the replacement pair and they didn't even acknowledge it. A disgrace - sending out return items that people have sent back to people and charging full price. I for sure am not waiting another bloody week for a refund but never again will I use this company. A joke!!!Buy local

Do not use. 2 weeks without response despite 4 emails. Running shoe was incorrect and would not accept return. sent complaint and they responded thanking me for my positive feedback!

Nice Shoes direct from the Rocky Mountains but not cheap. Would nice to get the Escalante Specials also in EU.
