Eligibility: Crash Replacement must be used within the warranty period of the helmet (3 years from the date of purchase). Product Specific: Once Crash Replacement is purchased with a product, it is locked to that product and cannot be exchanged or modified. Exclusions: Crash Replacement cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any promotions or offers - full RRP only. Coverage: Crash Replacement only covers your helmet; Bluetooth audio, visors, and any other accessories are not covered. Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number from Ruroc must be provided to claim the Crash Replacement service. If requested, the product must be shipped back to us. Non-Refundable: Crash Replacement is non-refundable unless Ruroc is unable to provide a replacement. After a terrible accident, my helmet was compromised. They provided the service exactly as mentioned. Gave me 50% off my next helmet replacement. My helmet didn’t look anything like any sort of destroyed helmet photo you had seen online so do submit your claim in any condition that may compromise the safety of your helmet.
