Why was this Order different from all others?
My first online Pesach Order and it was not only wrong but arrived piecemeal with the bulk of it still missing. Two small boxes which obviously did not represent the hundreds of pounds spent turned up. I souhgt a deivery between 4-6 pm but got a message from DPD whom Sabeny use to deliver saying delivery would be between 11.18 and 12.18 - the little food there was, including perishables (most of it missing) was unceremoniously dumped on my doorstep, expecting my powers of telepathy ot know it was there. The handling of my complaint was poor so I have sought a refund and the return of the goods - I now have to do my usual sprint around Kosher Kingdom (bless them) having wasted time ordering, taking the day to await delivery and now having to make time to physically go and buy everything having used a company (not registered at Companies House under their trading name) that literally cannot deliver! I won';t be using them again

During busy periods such as Pesach, when we are dispatching close to 1,000 parcels a day across the UK, including major Jewish centres such as London and Manchester as well as more remote areas across the country, deliveries may occasionally be split into more than one consignment. This is especially the case where chilled, frozen, and ambient items are handled separately to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. In these situations, parcels may arrive at slightly different times, but all parts of the order are dispatched and tracked accordingly. We appreciate that this may not have been your expectation. At Sabeny.com, we provide nationwide delivery of kosher groceries across the UK, and while the vast majority of orders arrive on time and in full, we regret that this experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. As requested, the second delivery was stopped and a full refund was issued.

The ONLY kosher grocery that I know of that comes all the way up to the north end of Yorkshire! Delicious foods from the deli. Fresh bakery. Professionally handled and accessible to answer questions.

I absolutely love the rainbow bagels and the communication from the staff was amazing when notifying me that they did not have an item in stock and offering to re=arrange delivery for me. Amazing babka! It is so difficult to find Babka let alone for it to be amazing! Everything about Sabeny is to be highly recommended, from the service to the delicious baked goods to the speed of delivery. This is one website that is definitely going on my favourites! LOL highly recommended!
