MY HONEST FEELINGS ON THIS COMPANY.
So i ordered a colour and put it on. It was completely not the colour advertised in the photo. This company will always be in the right, so trying to explain your issues is futile. The photo portraying the colour was completely not the colour in the tube.
AND MY ANSWER TO THEIR REPLY - I AM A HAIRDRESSER AND I WILL STICK TO MY OWN SUPPLIER IN FUTURE!!! THANK YOU FOR YOU ' PROFESSIONAL NONE SARCASTIC RESPONSE. I SENT YOU ENOUGH PHOTO EVIDENCE TO YOU THAT THE COLOUR VIA THE PHOTO WAS INCORRECT. YOU SELL IT AND YOU ADVERTISE IT SO YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISLEADING IMAGERY. AND FOR A COMPANY YOU NEED TO BE LESS SELF-RIGHTEOUS. ALSO TELLING ME TO TAKE DOWN THE REVIEW WHEN THIS IS HOW I FEEL IS JUST NOT OK.
Also the company just contacted me and said if i keep washing my hair then it will be like the photo....

Hello there,
I've looked into your order and as we mentioned in our email to you, you received exactly the shade you ordered. The two names of the product were just the 'creative name' and the 'technical shade name' of the same colour (the one that you ordered) - you can check this yourself on the official brand's website.
The imagery you saw was from Wella itself so you would be better to aim your feedback with them rather than us - please let us know if you would like the number of their technical helpline and we can point you in their direction. But generally, as screens can show image swatches very differently, it's better go off of the colour's technical name and number (which a professional hairdresser would always do).
As you would have confirmed you were a professional upon placing the order on our website, I'm sure you would already know that you purchased a colour for a level 6 hair (11 being for lightest hair and 1 being the darkest hair) so the violet is designed to appear on that hair depth (and so is quite strong).
The effect on your blonde hair (which is likely not level 6) is exactly the result I would have expected.
As we sent you the correct product, and there were no issues with us providing you the items you purchased, we expect you to remove this review.

Hi there,
As we are a wholesaler for hair and beauty businesses/professionals we do add VAT onto orders. This is so it can be claimed back by our customers in the normal way. Via 'Boots' I can see the product you were trying to buy is '£16.50' retail price so our customers still save with us even with VAT added.
And we charge £5.95 delivery on orders under £50 in most UK locations which is pretty standard among wholesalers. We use DPD and actually, shipping a small parcel with them is more expensive than £5.95 so our customers save money there too.
We're sorry that you didn't feel we were competitive enough for you but we don't think this warranted leaving a 1 star review. It would be greatly appreciated if you could remove.

I'm upset because I bought matrix hair…
I'm upset because I bought matrix hair dye and there was a promotion that some numbers were a gift, 2 colors were a gift but they didn't give them to me, they said they weren't in stock. And the shipping was long, now I'll order on another site there and delivery is the next day and they don't cheat.

I’ve ordered several items from this salon supplies company, and overall, I’m really happy with the experience. The products are of good quality and exactly as described. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived well-packaged.
The customer service team was also helpful when I had a question about stock availability. My only small concern is that a few items were slightly higher priced compared to other suppliers, but the quality makes up for it.
Overall, a trustworthy supplier.

Didn't inform me that they didnt have…
Didn't inform me that they didnt have the stock in which I ordered and payed for. Spoke to customer service who told me that items where out of stock apart 5 colours which I needed for the following day. Reasured me that the colour would arrive. Never did apart from a tub of bleach.
Very disappointed with the service which I have been using since 2021.
