I just had to buy an Alpacalypse pint glass after tasting this wonderful beer. Roll on when we can buy it in cans. Order placed and received within two days, cant go wrong with that.

Excellent beer
For the first time, Salt got my order a little wrong -but I've had such issues with other companies before in the run up to Xmas.
They quickly and without argument sent me out the missing half of my order (no charges involved) and said I could keep the beer I'd been sent in error - the only problem there being that I'm not keen on it.
So in summary, Salt are easy to deal with and as I've said previously offer the best value for money of any of the brewers I've bought beer from with an excellent core range (especially Ikat and Tram).

Would be 5 but delivery let it down
Would have been 5 stars but due to a delivery issue paid for next day but did not get this even though I was before cut off. However salt did refund the delivery charge which redeemed the issue. The items I recieved were very well packaged and very good quality overall very happy with the service and items but delivery let it down.

Still waiting for my order to arrive
Still waiting for my order to arrive. Was told this was due to Royal Mail and they would resend, but still waiting. I’ve had one update on my order. Shane because my past orders have been perfect.

Great beer, delivered on time, correct order - perfect as always. I probably take 12 orders a year from you and need a way of taking delivery when I am not in.

Great tasting beers as usual
Great tasting beers as usual, and when royal mail decided to return my order when I was out, a replacement order was sent straight away after I got in touch. Can't fault your customer service.
Will be buying more once there have gone!
