AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
I ordered from them beginning of November, i never received my parcel but i paid for the goods of course. I contacted them, they replied saying it has been delivered, on Thursday 17th November and advised me to ask my neighbours if they have it. No s*** Sherlock!!!! How did i not think about asking my neighbours or checking around the house if the parcel has been placed safely! Seriously Where it has been delivered only God and the delivery man know!! I am fuming, not only i lost my money, but this order was essentials for my baby girl. Please do yourself a favour do not order from them, or you’ll be ripped off. They won’t care about your lost parcel as long as they banked your money 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Since I ordered from this company , I have been getting repeated phone calls on my brand new mobile phone that no one has, an oriental language that I do not understand. I have had the phone for 2 months, and this is the first company that has the number.. hmmm....

Money taken and order never received!
I placed my order 200365963 on 22nd August 2022, it’s now 21st October 2022 as I type this.
My order has not been received to date. The tracking number provided does not exist.
I have written to Sanareva customer service on 22/09, 27/09, 29/09, 06/10, 13/10 and have continually been ignored.
I received one email 29/09 when my order was already over a month late that said they will follow up with their courier and nobody has contacted me since.
The company have effectively stolen my money.

Not a real company- its a scam
Dont buy from this company- most likely you wont take your order.
I ordered two sunscreens a couple of months ago via their website.
First of all, they did not sent a proper proof of delivery and the parcel got lost.
I contacted my building to investigate their cctv but they never found it.(Maybe they took it back).
So I called again Royal mail regarding this matter which they considered an incident and suggested to call Sanareva for the refund.
Sanareva asked for a prood of ID and a self declarion in order to send a replacement order as required.
Since then ,I never heard back from them.
Sent the proof of ID several times, emailing endlessly and writing directly from their website on when to expect the order but they totally disappeared. Maybe they laughed at me as I see they have done this to many customers.
Such a waste of time and money.
However, I dont think their website will last for a long time if they continue ignoring their customers this way.
There is a tough competition out there with a lot of very serious websites who care about clients and work hard to stand out.

And let everyone read what happens when they order the items they want from your site, pay 8.4 pounds for shipping and it NEVER reaches the customer! This is where your assistance ends - and a photo for proof - my order in some waste bin in England.... Where exactly this waste bin is is unknown! Send proof where I noted that I allow my order to be left in a secret location!

Carriage charge was not listed before I wrote down my card detail. They then appeared afterwards to be over £8 for 2 roll on deodorants.
Delivery instruction also did not arrive, until I found a message on my mobile that I missed them, then ASKING ME TO PAY ANOTHER 99p FOR REDELIVERY.
We complain about other large online organisations, but believe me, I am sticking to A.....

First of all, please beware of fraud and spam messages, especially those asking you to pay fees that are not through our Sanareva portal. Indeed, we do not request extra paiement for redelivery so this does not come from us.
Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £8.40 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £89. This service does not require any extra custom fees for orders up to £500.
Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated.

Great company and excellent products
Excellent company. The product was good quality, everyone was impressed. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because shipping was £8.50 for Royal Mail 1kg small parcel, which could have sent fully tracked for cheaper, £6.50 for postage and packaging cost for 1kg small parcel, is much more reasonable and the norm. Other than that, I’m very happy and will use them again, but only when needing to place a bulk order, purely because of the postage cost.

We understand that the carrier fees seem a lot but regardless of the weight/ size of the package we offer delivery for £8.40.
This is explained by the fact that our warehouse is based in France and your parcel therefore must go through international transit and custom clearance. We do not ask our clients to pay any custom fees as we take charge of any extra fees.

Don't buy from Saraneva if you're from the UK. Trying to buy 3 tubes of veterinary eye gel took weeks and cost £15 in postage. A disaster.

Mala experiencia. Nula transparencia.
He realizado un pedido el dia 15/08. A dia de hoy 26/08 aun no lo he recibido. Reclame a SEUR (courrier en España) y me contestan que ellos no lo han recibido. Reclame a Colissimo (courrier en Francia) y me contestan que para ellos ha llegado a España y no contestan consultas de envios si se hacen de fuera de Francia. Que contacte al proveedor. Contacto a Sanareva y dicen que van a reclamar al courrier. No hay telefono en Sanareva para consultar, todo a traves de mails.... y sigo esperando.
15/09. Han pasado 30 días desde la compra y sigo esperando....

Sentimos mucho este incidnete con su paquete, en efecto si el Servicio al CLiente le ha informado que hay una reclamación en curso, es porque ellos estan haciendole seguimiento a su incidente. Cabe destacar que estos reclamos toman un par de días en que nos den noticias.
Le aseguramos que Sanareva se compromete a proponerle una solución reembolso o renvío en un plazo máximo de 30 días luego de la expedición, esto lo indican nuestras CGV.

Charged twice and order duplicated No offer of refund or postage
Ordered some sun cream and the website said the card had not been authorised so I ordered again through PayPal. When I received the confirmation of delivery it said only one item dispatched but I had ordered 6. Queried and they said, just an error, 6 would be sent. I received TWO orders of 6 each and upon checking they have debited my card £93 AND PayPal £93. When I complained they said I would have to return them for a refund AND pay postage . It is a heavy box. They have stopped responding and I notice they put the same response on Here to every complaint !! Will not use again.

DAMAGED/ POORLY PACKAGED ITEMS/RANCID FOOD SUPPLEMENTS-REFUND PROCEDURES A JOKE!
Having paid £7.00 delivery costs, I received my parcel with damaged/open food supplements. The contents had leaked through the box & onto all the packaging. The leaked food had gone bad so there was a rancid smell. Everything was inedible. The whole lot ( over £25 worth of goods) had to be thrown away. After contacting the company & sending photographic evidence, I was asked to send them a " hand written" account of what was damaged & a form of I.D. (passport/driving licence). Why? I have told & shown you what was damaged, you sent me an invoice that clearly identifies what was in the order & as for ID, you have my bank details so have a form of ID ( because I paid for goods from you) . You also have my address ( another form of ID). Why do I need to jump through hoops to get a refund? I've never had to submit a handwritten essay or show photographic ID to customer services in my life & I really don't think this is the way forward, especially with such high levels of Identity theft!

Customers can contact SANAREVA customer service from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 by mail (contact@sanareva.co.uk) or via the contact form available here.
SANAREVA commits to respond to all claims within 3 working days;
Any complaint relating to an error by SANAREVA in the sending of one or more Product(s) within an order, is dealt with by SANAREVA by issuing a prepaid return slip provided by customer service.
The Customer commits to return the unopened and unused Product(s) in their original packaging. SANAREVA will compensate the Customer upon the reception of the Product(s) back in the warehouse that is the subject of the complaint.
In the case of a missing product, not notified in the order, customer service may request a handwritten statement signed by the Customer indicating that he/she has not received the product(s) concerned. The customer service department may open an investigation internally and with its courier service. An internal investigation may take up to 3 working days.
In the event of a claim related to the non delivery of the parcel by the carrier, the customer service will contact the carrier and will open an investigation with the carrier concerned. The carrier's response time varies from 48 hours to 15 days. Upon receipt of the carrier's response and depending on the result, the customer service department may proceed with the shipment of a replacement order, refund or credit, at the Customer's discretion. In order to support any claim with the carrier, SANAREVA reserves the right to request a handwritten and signed statement and a copy of any official identification to certify the non-reception of the goods.
In the event of an error in the order caused by SANAREVA in the order and/or in the event of receipt of one or more damaged Product(s) in an order, customer service may ask the Customer to send a photo of the order and/or of the damaged Product(s) to the email address contact@sanareva.co.uk. On receipt of the photo, the customer service department may offer a refund or partial refund or credit on the Customer's Sanareva Savings corresponding to the amount paid. For an amount greater than £10.00, the customer service department may offer a free return label for the return of the damaged or wrong product(s) Customer service reserves the right to request the return of the damaged product(s) by issuing a prepaid return voucher before making any compensation.

Excellent experience
I rarely leave reviews but this time I felt I had to because of all the negative ones. I placed an order regardless of the negative reviews on this particular site as I couldn’t find the products I needed anywhere else. Of course I was apprehensive. Well my experience was top notch. Customer service replied to my query regarding tracking on the same day and my products arrived all on time. Ordered placed on aug 8th and received on the 18th. Folks should understand that products come from Europe so of course you won’t have them in 2 days because of checks at the borders ( does Brexit ring a bell?! ) I believe some of the neg reviews are genuine but it’s obvious that many are from people obviously thinking the products come from the Uk and not Europe or even perhaps the same customer bombarding this site. I’ll definitely be using this company again and should I have any issue will make sure to update my review here. Anyone reading this please try this company and form your own opinion!! Do not take all the neg reviews at face value . Glad I didn’t. Currently I’m very satisfied!

Delivered the goods
I ordered on August 2nd, it was dispatched the following day and delivered by Royal mail on August 10th. Tracking is excellent and items were well packed. Made it from Europe to my front door step in Somerset in good condition. Company is informative and delivered on what it promised. Would use again.

Has previous customers have said, no response from customer services, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Ordered Visiovia tablets for my dog, still waiting 9 days later!!!!

Avoid this company
I ordered 3 x Les anis de Flavigny and they sent something totally different. Impossible to get a reply from them as they ignore your emails. Finally got a reply when I tried to review the company. they said Royal Mail had delivered the parcel but as I told them three times at least, they had sent the wrong items.
