I decided to buy some moisturisers from la roche posay from this website but after I ordered them I came to trustpilot and saw all the bad reviews and got a bit scared. However they have exceeded all my expectations. I live in the UK and it took about 5 days to get here. Fast, reliable and amazing prices. I will definitely continue to order from sanareva!

I placed an order on the 22nd of March worth of 80£ and received my parcel on the 30th of March. It took a while for it to arrive and I didn't know the company is not based in the UK.
I am very happy with my purchase but after reading some of the reviews I don't know whether I was just lucky.
Overall I can't say anything bad but not sure whether I will use them again in the future.

I was unsure about ordering after reading reviews. I made an order of deodorant to see how it went. Good communication throughout order and like that you can track package. Items as described and well packaged. Will be ordering more in the future. No complaints from me.....Thank you sanareve.co.uk.

I asked them for the refund because it was told to me that the order would be arrived in 24-48 hours and instead I don't know anything about it yet.
On my order track it just appears "processing".
But for the refund after 2days I didn't have any answer.
I am scared this is a scam.
If I don't have any answer or refund I will go in the police because I don't want to waste so much money in this way cause I ordered very expensive cosmetics.

Never received a confirmation email. I have tried multiple times but the website won’t let me log in to my account. Contacted customer service who never got back to me. DO NOT ORDER, SCAM!

I had been waiting for my delivery from Sanareva who had claimed I would receive by the 6th working day. 6th working day arrived without its arrival. I thought I may find out where it is. I found so many negative reviews about the company’s delivery of items. I too assumed it was a U.K. based company. Living in Spain and visiting U.K. I am well aware of all postal deliveries having been seriously affected since leaving EU. The company cannot be blamed for something that is out of their control. To my delight my package arrived later that day …..all was as they informed me!

I wish I could put zero stars. I ordered a few items for their website which were sent in the wrong address. They refused to give me a refund saying that I selected the wrong address. I made a second order and this time I specifically informed customer support to make sure that the address is correct. They reassured me that the address is correct but again the product was delivered in the wrong address. They claim that they need my personal data to "open an investigation with the delivery provider" while clearly the problem is on their side. Not going to use their service anymore.

I ordered an ankle support which I needed urgently and added a small bottle of deodorant to the order. I received an email from them informing me that the ankle strap was out of stock and I could have a refund or Sanareva credit. I immediately responded with my request for a refund as I needed to order the ankle strap urgently elsewhere and to cancel the order for the deodorant as I did not want to pay £7.99 delivery for a bottle of deodorant!
They ignored my request, despite 3 further emails being sent. The deodorant arrived yesterday and there is a credit on my account and not the refund offered and requested by me.
VERY POOR/ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!

I placed an order on the 8th of March and I have not received it yet. Obviously, I sent them an email asking for my order as I spent £79 and they replied to me that they had to contact the courier but they will let me know very soon. No one replied back to me since 2 days ago and I sent them an email yesterday and this morning asking for some update but they have nor replied.

Do not buy from them. Terrible customer service!

This company may seemed to look like they are from the UK but they are not. Their warehouse is in France and not UK. So why do you use .co.uk in your company name? My order of dog food from this company took 1 week to be delivered but I later refused to receive it when it came after 8 days, delivered by Royal Mail because obviously it’s very late, which they later claimed they do not have control of the product when they had it dispatched. Wrong they should have tracking number for it if parcel companies was used, my 7kilo of dog food was mailed how can you have a tracking for that when you had it mailed? Saving so much on the cost of using Parcel companies. They are so deceitful that they would even say they’d send a tracking for your order but really nothing.

I would have given 3 star. The company had the goods I needed and at a reasonable price. However the delivery was rather slow. This I mentioned this to them my review via their preferred Verified-Reviews. They however refused to publish this review. I then moderated the review and asked them again publish the review. They again refused. Thus I will post here instead with 1 star, and on the basis they have refused to publish two honest reviews. I will also be contacting Verified Reviews and raising a complaint through them.

Placed my order for 3 countertop bathroom soaps on the 16th February and my order arrived correct and well packaged in nine days which I thought was a very reasonable time for international shipping to the UK.
I'm very impressed with the quality of the products which in my opinion is excellent, especially at the price which I thought was particularly good and I will definitely be buying these again

I placed order yesterday and still haven't had no confirmation email, so l am already worried 😮‍💨

Bad service , i suppose to get my order in 4-6 working days but its been like 2 weeks,no one knows what happened with the order . i'm still waiting for someone to inform me or to give me my money back.i don't recommend it. Read the bad reviews as well before u purchased something online.
I wrote you 2 times ,i got the same answer..."we are investigating" .after another week still no answer from u .how long its taking for investigating a parcel ?
Stop lying people,at the checkout its says delivered between 4-6 days .
No phone number,i didn't find even the email to contact you,its only the form on website ,i guess because the numbers of complains.

I have purchased recently from this website. Such a bad experience and customer service. They ask for feedback review but decline when you give a bad review!!!!
Thee we delay time receive my order was 2 weeks ( not what they ard advising on their website ! ). You can’t cantact them easily, only by email . They only reply after 5 days !
What kind of service is this !!!!

My products have arrived and everything's looking good. Delivery took double the amount of time advertised, please make that clear and for the most part I am sure it won't be an issue (if customers know what to expect). 3-4 days is very little time when sending stuff internally let alone from France. No confirmation email came through so I had to contact the team to ensure all was ok. Same for delivery updates - had to get in touch to get a tracking number. It would be great for these things to be automated. Good selection of products & prices, would order again
