Excellent comunication, excellent service:
- The car was in front of the airport exit, so we didn't spent time waiting in the quee at the rental office.
- No pushing to pay the service, I have paid on the next day without any problem.
- Very convenient when I had to return the car at the same place and just cross the street to reach the airport entrance.
I fully recommend this service, and for sure I will choose them next time when I will come to Tenerife.

We contacted Andrew to arrange our 2 week rental. He was very courteous and professional. Collected the car at the airport. It was a VW Tiago virtually new extremely clean and unmarked. Loved the driving experience. Would recommend this company as there is no queuing at a desk just walk out of arrivals follow instructions and collect your car,simplicity.

We travel to Tenerife 2/3 times per year we love it there., We always use this company for our car hire. We find the set up at the airport to be very orgainsed and the staff cant do enough for you. Always very hapy with the quality of the cars.

We use Sanasty every time we visit Tenerife, this time we had the car delivered to the hotel in Golf Del Sur and true to form the car arrived on time, unlike the big companies at the airport the best features of this company are, (speaking from experience) no stupid credit card deposits, no massive queue, no made up claims, no weeks of waiting for your deposit back and you can pay with cash or card. No brainer for us.

This is the second time I’ve used sanasty car hire and they have always been a quick easy and cheap option for us. A straight forward system for airport pick up and drop off and wonderful and friendly staff. Just a shame they’re only in Tenerife. If they had a place out in Florida next year. I’d hire from sanasty there too. VW T-Roc convertible was in excellent condition and looked classy and was cheaper than some standard hatchback models from other companies

I have used so many car rental companies across the world, (mainly the well known big guys). I have to say the service we received from Sanasty has been second to none!

Lisa and Andrew went above and beyond for us during their busiest time of year - we knew they were busy but the service we received made us feel like we were their only customers.

Whether a company is big or small it’s the service that’s of upmost importance, that’s what sets you apart. Sanasty keep doing what you’re doing - the big guys could learn a whole lot from you!

Hired a Skoda Kodiaq for a couple of days - great car - Sanasty are easy to deal with, everything is simple - car was clean and with fuel - would highly recommended them

From initial email regarding car pickup/drop off instructions etc. I cannot fault Sanasty (Andrew/Lisa) for such a worry/hassle free experience. Car was faultless (Hybrid Panda) which took us from South Tenerife Airport to our accommodation in the North. Very competitive price and company was always on hand if any problems (thankfully none). Because staying in North, I called up on 2nd day of Holiday and paid for car over phone, which stopped me having to drive back South. Driving License/Passport previously scanned in and sent prior to rental.

The team at Sanasty were very helpful organising an auto Seat SUV for 2 days to go see Tiede, Drago and tour the north of the island. High quality rental at an affordable and fair price. They provided a child seat too. Compared to other rental companies we looked at they were cheaper and far more flexible.

Would definitely recommend. Put simply, car was perfect, clean and in excellent condition, service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Would not go anywhere else to hire a car.

Easy to book online great service and great price had a seat ibiza immaculate condition and very clean inside the staff were amazing from the owner of Sanasty downwards to the cleaner, I've got to admit I've never had such a good experience at hiring a car as I've had with Sanasty and price wise so competitive!!
