Too many people getting involved with…
Too many people getting involved with constant requests to repeat and send personal documentation in.
I chose to decline dealing with SP due to this.
Not an easy process for temporary work.

Making sense of the small print
There is always someone to consult if the process becomes difficult or confusing; you know that if there are errors, necessary corrections will be explained. Whether by email, text, phone or video link, a 'voice at the other end' is comfortably reassuring. Communication is the key.

Helpful and supportive consultants
Michael B my consultant updated me virtually daily with the current vacancies. and with regard to my cv submissions. When I secured a position, he checked in with me as often as possible to keep me abreast of the situation. Even on my first day, he took the time to wish me well. In relation to meeting compliance I was supported by Archie who went above and beyond to get everything completed to ensure my start date was met.
