What a real pleasure and great experience it was to deal with Nick at Mercedes sandown. He was / is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle features I purchased and let me take an unhurried test drive, and no sales pressure. The finance paperwork / e-mails from Mercedes is questionable but I couldn't be happier with my new car and dealing with Nick Blunsden. Thank you

Used car purchase experience
When i ordered the cars for test drive - despite the AI agent (Alex) confirmed the cars, they were not there when I showed up the designated time. Then I confirmed the car purchase, placed the deposit, but I have to chase the agent to confirm timing of delivery. The sales agent delivered the car to my place which is beyond his duty (per his point of view), but I found the scratches were not all done which MB promised me to do when I placed the deposits

the parking space needs to be easier to…
the parking space needs to be easier to drive in it especially the one infant of the sale department
I parked next day there and the same car that I bought the day before hit the ballord and damage the car from the side which required lot of money and may take 3 weeks or more
The staff are lovely and professional and try to help particularly Joy Miller who was very helpful and we appreciate her support
my suggestion to the director of the unit is to review the parking space and the signs to sale and sign to service clear to avoid confusion and also to make parking spaces for customers

Criminal fault on delivery
Avoid this desler! I bought a supposedly ex demonstrator eqa 250+ from sandown epsom . Minimal handover. Two weeks later had dlow puncture. Went to kwik fit when i geot back from a cruise. They and i were horrified to find a temporary repair in the tyre. It shoukd not have been driven over 40mph and 150 miles but at no time was i warned or advised of this fault there on delivery! Most dismissive replies and nos taking tgem go snall claims court. Avoid
