Been waiting for an order since end of June. No response when inquiry made. Do not order from this company!

They have a 30 day return policy. I have asked several times for the address over the last three weeks, to no avail. Will not contact me. I think I’m out $65. Terrible customer service

I too ordered a pair of sandals on June 4 and have yet to see a package. They give all kinds of excuses referencing the Covid situation. But I’ve ordered lots of items on line lately with no delays. I believe all the five star reviews posted here are either employees or paid reviewers. Avoid this company.

Do not waste your time or money buying from Salenza. I ordered sandals back in May and still have yet to receive them or a reply from the company. They only seem to care about getting your money and then do not care about getting your order to you in a timely manner.

This company’s customer service is pathetic been 2 months and still nothing when you contact them you get a form letter telling you how the postal service is causing you’re delays however, the postal service has been quite reliable with all my other vendors orders! Do not recommend this company and I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Be lucky to see my money or the product ever delivered! This was about Salenza not Serena’s company!

I'm shocked to read so many negative reviews. I've bought loads of shoes from Sarenza over quite a few years and they've always been excellent. Fast delivery and easy returns. Gutted to see that they're not trading in the UK any more because of Brexit.

I have waited two months for them to ship three pairs of sandals. They keep pushing the date bac k. I will not shop with them again.

I only gave them a one star because it wouldn't let me give a review without doing it, but I am telling everyone that I know not to ever purchase anything from them it's been two months since my order and all I keep getting is excuses, shipping this shipping that what a bogus company

Fortunately I didn't read all those negative comments before making my order.
I ordered a pair of Memphisto shoes that Sarenza had them with excellent price (159 € when other sites offered them from 200+).
The shipping was very fast and the shoes are excellent and in great package.
I'm very satisfied with Sarenza and of course I will order again from them. !

SUPER service. The reviews below really put me off but as this company we’re the last go have my size I took a chance! No problems at all - continuous emails from Hermes with delivery updates and they arrived 3 working days after I ordered them. Super!

I bought a pair of trainers from Sarenza a few weeks ago and paid for them on the site with my card details at the time of ordering. Shoes were delayed a number of times but they eventually came.

Now a few weeks letter ive received a email from a debt company telling me ive been referred to them by Sarenza when I have already paid for the trainers! Absolute shambles of a site avoid!!!

I know this will be like every other review. But it's true. They're a waste of time. Ordered it 3 days before Eid. They promised with 4 working days. Had to wear my old ones. 4 days passed and they emailed saying there has a technical fault and difficulty in shipping the items from the warehouse. One days later, email arrived saying the item has been shipped from France and should arrive within 2 days. Extremely poor service. Even the customer service representative, Katrina, said sorry, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot refund the money.

1st order made and will never order again...

Such an unprofessional company, ordered a pair of shoes which was not shipped for around 11 days, when inquired as to when it will be shipped the order was cancelled at some time next day and no notification email or reason given, found about the cancellation upon visiting the website again to see the status of order.

Will never order from such a unprofessional company again.

Trainers ordered on 1st June and order confirmed, 5th June email to advise of a delay, 6th June to advise of there still being a delay and I would be contacted shortly, 10th June I sent an email for an update, 11th June I phoned within business hours to only get a we are closed recorded message, 12th June I phone and speak to someone to be told my order had been cancelled for no reason whatsoever. Horrendous company. Do not buy from them as they are unreliable and deceitful at best.
