My concerns were brushed off, leading to yet another police intervention due to similar disruptive actions, a situation that had occurred previously. Although the housing office distributed warning letters, they weren't successful. One incident involved a girl who, after being approached by the police, continued her behavior with laughter. I'm keen to see how the housing office will address this, especially considering their prior threat of eviction over a simple repair request. Unfortunately, their ethical standards seem lacking under the management of HomesPlusGroup.

Slumlords. The staff who answer the phones are incompetent, with no training. One thing I've had experience with,was with a workman. He damaged the short adjustable thing on the cooker,and didn't tell me. He didn't want to get the blame for it,so when he had finished what he had come to do,he asked me to sign a form. Stupidly,I agreed without reading it. But it wasn't a form to say he had finished the job,it was one of those forms that clears him from blame of any damage to anything in the flat. Devious or what? They can't have much experience in what their doing,if their bosses don't trust them to do their jobs properly,by giving them the forms to trick the tenants into signing them.
