I got a variety pack for Father’s Day and all of the sauces are fantastic. The Homey Siracha and the Pineapple Habanero are my favourites.

I'm an old fella who has enjoyed his fare share of sauces BUT a few days ago I got my first Sauce Shop order (I love to try all hot sauces from all over) and I cannot recommend this place enough. The scotch bonnet chilli jam may be the best thing I've ever eaten. I like my peanut butter and chilli jam sandwiches but the Sauce shops scotch bonnet makes those pb+J sandwiches UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Can I also recommend the pineapple Habanero hot sauce, it's sweet and hot and makes a chicken wing taste PERFECT.

I can honestly say I'm not an employee or a paid sponsor, I'm a fat guy who LOVES his food and I'm passionate about my chillis and sauces and can honestly say the jam is probably tied with a blueberry hot sauce I once had in northwestern Ontario in Canada......So if anyone from the sauce shop reads this maybe try making a blueberry hot sauce (and you can name it after me hahaha)

I ordered a hamper gift box for fathers day to give to my husband from our 9 year old son. I only ordered on the proviso that it would be delivered in time if ordered by a certain date (which I did) as stated on their website. It has now been over a week since order was placed and no sign of it. No email updates, just says 'awaiting details' when I log in another app they said to see status of delivery. I've tried to contact them on the 'contact me' page and nothing. I'm starting to think I've been scammed £40. My husband never received a fathers day gift in the end as been waiting on this and keep thinking it's going to arrive any day now...

I've stopped buying now - I like the sauces - but not the horrid plastic bottles. Much of the sauce gets stuck in the bottle in 'hard to reach' areas. Expensive sauces for plastic packaging.

Great products just a shame about the bundle offer. Just make sure you get your moneys worth from five items as they charged me the remaining amount (£5) for the cardboard gift box!

I've had several wonderful orders from Sauce Shop. The sauces are so delicious, easy to use and versatile. I have family with IBS and oesophagus issues - these Sauce Shop items are packed full of flavour and no nasty ingredients, and nothing that triggers any health issues for them so we can all enjoy yummy food together. The products are delivered with care and speedy delivery. I love the wide range of cooking sauces, sauces, jams and herbs/spice rubs. Highly recommended

Have loved their sauces for a while and have ordered a few times. This order, one of the jars most if opened during transit and spilled over the box. I contacted them and they straight away sent out a replacement product. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service department. I ordered a set of sauces as a gift and the item was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately due to the incompetence of Royal Mail/Parcelforce it did not arrive as expected and after numerous calls to Royal Mail I contacted the customer service of Sauce Shop who picked up the challenge of trying to reach Royal Mail to determine where the parcel was and to ask why it hadn’t been delivered. Oliver assured me that a replacement item would be dispatched using another courier. That was not needed in the end and I can only praise Sauce Shop for their prompt responses to emails and in the efforts to resolve this problem.

it is fantastic when companies over deliver.
The sauces are stunning packed with flavour, (they may even be cheaper than the competition if you calculate flavour per ml)
My interaction with Customer Service was excellent and again they over delivered.

Amazing produce especially the Truffalo hot sauce. Absolutely fantastic customer service. A wonderful company all round

We absolutely love everything we've had from the Sauce Shop. Their honey sriracha, truffalo hot sauce, mayo and ketchup are all staples in our cupboard now! Well balanced, tasty sauces without all the nasties. Worth every penny!

Highly recommended, with a great choice of flavours, it's my go to brand for adding spice, life and energy to my home cooking...

Basically overpriced heinz. I could write more but its not worth it. The sauce has some zip but thats it. There are plenty of flavours but mediocrity wants quantity not quality.
