I had the pleasure of buying a secondhand car from Savannah. I dealt with Scott and Antonio who were extremely helpful. I was buying an older second hand car, from a distance, so had to rely on their description, and can confirm that I was not disappointed when I collected the car. It was as described and that was so important. Can you imagine making a commitment to buy a car and to make a lengthy trip to find out the car wasn't as expected!? I had a 5* experience and they all made such great effort to have the car ready for my big trip starting from their premises. the car was perfect and can highly recommend them! I also received a nice quality wine that we will open once my son gets into Uni!!! Thanks All

Antonio looked after me from my first enquiry to the hand over and was superb through the whole process, he gave me the confidence to travel 4 hours and the car was exactly how I hoped - and I am fussy! Had another really positive experience with Antonio, Scott, and the team. Antonio was helpful from the start, arranged a test drive straight away, and wasn’t pushy, which I really appreciated, especially as I had previously viewed a few Porsches with him. Nothing was too much trouble, making the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward.

Scott and the rest of the team were also friendly throughout. I had a few questions after picking up the car, which were dealt with effectively. Savannah Cars is definitely a reputable company to deal with, which is exactly what you want when buying a used car.

I’ve bought from them before and have always been impressed with the service. I would definitely return in the future and would happily recommend Antonio, Scott, and the whole team to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable experience.

My second review as after taking my new car home, annoyingly a dash light popped up - Lambda sensor in the turbo to exhaust, so nothing major - contacted Scott at Savannah and without hesitation he offered to cover it completely, allowed me time to get it booked into an Audi specialist local to me, and it was all taken care of on the day, no qualms whatsoever. Cannot fault them on their aftercare at all, superb.

Having worked in the automotive industry and experienced many car dealers I can honestly say Ian and his team are among the best I’ve known. Excellent service and attention to detail.

From start to finish, we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received.

We first got in touch after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, and Scott was extremely accommodating in arranging a viewing and test drive at a time that suited us, especially with our shift work.

From the moment we arrived, Scott greeted us by name and was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our queries and questions, making the whole experience feel relaxed and straightforward.

Following the test drive, we decided we wanted to purchase the car, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Within an hour, the finance had been agreed and a collection date and time that suited us had been arranged.

On the day of collection, we were once again greeted by name, and the whole process was just as seamless. When we checked the car over, we noticed that the few blemishes we had mentioned when viewing it had all been rectified, which was a lovely touch and showed that they had genuinely listened to us.

To top it all off, the car had even been filled up with fuel!

The final stages of the purchase were once again handled quickly and professionally, making the entire experience from start to finish completely stress-free.
