No stock even though it was showing as available.
The order and money was taken as the goods were allegedly in stock or ship direct from supplier. After a week of waiting the order was then cancelled and refunded as the goods were no longer available. Waste of time.

Everything working and although shipping could have been a bit faster, I understand when things are not in stock. Customer service guy was very nice, polite and helpful.Edit: Let me take that back. Just put some extra ram in, which was recommended by CS and now the whole machine is dead. No CS at weekends so without a machine or help until monday. Never again. Edit 2: Waited in 2 days for collection to return the PC. Was told the PSU had blown. They then sent my PC back with a used PSU which was covered in soot and filth and also 100W less than the one i paid for. It is now 2nd Jan 2017, no answer on the phone, onlne form does not work and i am still without the PC i purchased.
