Best business decision we've made!!
Austin Hawk Estate Agents have been using SBC for 2 years now and it's the best business decision we have made since starting up in 2012. Service and promptness is what every business requires in this day and age and we haven't looked back. EVERY e-mail is dealt with promptly when needing their assistance, EVERY phone call is dealt with promptly and the staff are efficient in all aspects.

We are a growing business who needed a more professional phone system. We have multiple sites but needed the links between these to be seamless. SBC helped us find the right solution that now allows us to be contactable wherever we are. We can now talk internally, group call or transfer between each site with ease.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SBC
We joined SBC some 2 years ago. I was extremely apprehensive about making a change to our internet and phones; as any downtime would directly affect our business. Making this change was one of the best decisions I have made. We did experience downtime yesterday, 13 March 2019, and within minutes I had SBC on the line looking at the problem. I had regular updates throughout the afternoon, including a graph of the connection status. What an absolute delight to have a team on board, committed to sorting out a problem with the sense of urgency it deserved. Thank you Greg and Jordan. I have, and will continue, to recommend SBC highly.
