Order unfulfilled for weeks.
I ordered on the 28th of July and have had no updates whatsoever. Order still says it’s unfulfilled and I have been emailing and calling for days. My daughters start school on Monday and no jumpers in sight. If someone would answer the phones this could all have been sorted days ago.

Easy and straightforward to order uniform and it was delivered quickly. Sizes are a wee bit on the smaller side, I would recommend ordering a size bigger than the regular size which is worn to allow room for growth.

I ordered a fresh 5/6 cardigan but the…
I ordered a fresh 5/6 cardigan but the sizing has changed and it too small, so i ordered the bigger size but they sent me jumpers instead. This is the 2nd time its happened.
I would advise the order multiple sizes and give time for the order to be corrected.

Hi, we’re very sorry that you’ve received the wrong items, especially as this has happened to you before. Sending out incorrect items is not the standard we expect from ourselves, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
We weren’t aware of the issue as we haven’t received an email regarding the incorrect items, but now that this has been brought to our attention, we’ve arranged for the correct replacement to be sent out tomorrow.
Where is my order?
I ordered jumpers and polo shirts for my little boy on the 30th of July. My order status still says order being prepared for shipping. My son starts school on the 20th of August and I have emailed earlier this week and again this morning, as well as called the warehouse relentlessly this morning to try and find out what has happened to my order. Resorting to leaving a bad review as it seems to be the only way to get a response from the company.

Zero customer service - doesn’t reply to emails & been trying to phone all week and no one answers the phone. Ordered 5th August for school starting 17th August. Not even been dispatched yet!

Usually very good but not this time.
Have used this company many times before with no problems but after my husband placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, its still saying preparing to ship. No one is answering the phones and email sent on submission form has gone unanswered. I understand this is a very busy time but if they are unable to fulfill orders within their designated 10 working day timescale, this should be put on their website to ensure parents are not left waiting with no information.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve left messages through the website and tried calling numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone.
My order was placed over 10 days ago, and I still haven’t received any update on when the items will be delivered.
The lack of communication is very frustrating, especially when trying to get school uniform sorted. I would expect much better customer service and communication.
