Super impressed with the gloves I got. The quality of the leather is excellent and it’s warm enough to use in Canadian winter.

Shipping was also fairly fast, which was a nice bonus. One tip for anyone ordering: definitely use the measurement guide before choosing your size. If you’re in between sizes, I’d suggest choosing the smaller size.

Overall, great quality gloves and a smooth buying experience. I’d happily order from them again.

This brand is one of the rare instances of quality product, reasonable price and a company that stands behind what they make! I (and my fiance) now own 3 gloves from them and each is elegant/handsome, warm and well made. The customer service experience (i needed to change sizes) made everything painless and were super supportive.

Ordered two gloves from Schwartz & von Halen and unfortunately one arrived with a clear defect. Given the price point — even during a sale — the quality control was a little disappointing.

That said, customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, arranged a replacement without waiting for the return and once I paid the price difference, the process was seamless. The replacement was dispatched promptly and the quality was excellent.

Shortly afterwards another limited discount was offered, but they were unable to price match. As I’m still within the free returns window, this felt a little inflexible and could potentially lead to unnecessary returns. Hopefully something the company may consider reviewing.

Amazing customer service!! Fantastic product

These gloves are very luxurious and look much more expensive than they are. The leather is rich and sumptuous and the interior is soft and warm. I have small hands so finding the right fit has been difficult. A traditional women's size S was too big for me and the fingers too long. A size 6 of these loves provided a perfect fit, and I get compliments on them all the time. They are warm and cozy and easy to put on with the arthritis that I have in my hands. I highly recommend them and will be buying more in other colors soon. These are by far the best gloves I've ever worn.

Die Hanschuhe sind sehr gut verarbeitet und bei Gassigängen auch bei Minusgraden ausreichend warm. Lediglich die Größentabelle war (zumindest bei mir) nicht so ganz hilfreich. Gemessen lag ich zwischen M und L; es reichte aber dann doch S. Durch kostenlosen Umtausch/Retoure aber kein Problem 👍

Snelle levering en voorzien van een handig opbergtasje waarin je de handschoenen kunt bewaren als je ze niet gebruikt.

Fijne handschoenen. Voor wandelen in de kou blijven je vingers lekker warm. Op de fiets rond het vriespunt toch nog wel koude vingertoppen. De service en contact met klantenservice is super!

Ich war sehr zufrieden von der Bestellung bis zur Rücksendung. Rücksendung weil die Handschuhe nicht gepasst haben. Qualität der Handschuhe ist definitiv sehr sehr gut. Kann man nur empfehlen.
