My small non-profit has relied on SciSafe for more than 6 years to maintain and protect our very valuable stocks of rare and in some cases irreplaceable cell cultures. Some of our cell stocks represent research work extending back over 30 years (e.g. stem cell populations that don't exist elsewhere). We have found SciSafe and their personnel to be responsive and engaged as regards our account and we have routinely recovered live samples with greater than 93% viability. In short, we highly recommend ScSafe and their organization to protect our stored samples.

SciSafe has safe secure storage. We have had no issue with receiving shipments from Germany or storage issues at your location. We appreciate the communication and all the supporting documentation regarding your new storage facility. The only opportunity for improvement would be if you had some vendors regarding transport of material from your site to another site.

My lab operations have relied upon SciSafe for cold storage of overflow inventory for more than 6 months. Its friendly staff has been a great help and support, always accommodating to our needs. I'd recommend SciSafe to any of my colleagues in the Boston area looking for a reliable, convenient and cost-effective cold storage space.

Very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs

SciSafe has delivered Agile GMP storage conditions for us on short notice. These include -40c and -70c. They have been very receptive to understanding our customer specific requirements for receiving, segregation, inventory management, shipping. Additionally, they have offered these solutions in one easy to understand competitive pricing structure .
