Scott's Visas Opiniões

I found Robert and Scott's visas to be very professional , knowledgeable and prompt.
I'd say the most pleasing thing about dealing with them was the immediate and human interaction on phone calls , so often these days you have to talk to an answer machine , very annoying , not so with Scott's.
Well done 10/10 can't fault them

Monika provided a very stress free experience for obtaining my Indian visa. I would highly recommend Scott's Travel Management. A professional, courteous and efficient service. Thank you!

Excellent service by Scott's Visas, over and above what they should have done. Thank you.

Scott's visa has done a great job to obtain an entry visa for me and my daughter. We were turned down by other agencies and there was no way we could get any visa from the high commission on time. It was stressful. But thank you Ross for showing a lot of patience and professionalism throughout the entire period. Good luck to all of you at Scott's visa. Definitely recommend.

I needed a speedy service to obtain a visa for India, having been let down by another agency. I was astonished at the ease and professionalism of this team. Unbelievable - it took less than a week to turn it around. Excellent advice and excellent service. No doubts as to who I will be coming to for my next trip.

Great and efficient service from Ross. Spared me a lot of stress getting my Thai visa and Pass. Will be using them again in the future.

Efficient, helpful and courteous service from Robert. He was clear about the correct documents needed for the visa and additional Covid paperwork and the timeframe.

Ross Alexander @ Scott's Visa's organised a one year visa for me to visit Thailand, he was great, always available, told me clearly everything I needed to supply, turned the whole thing around in a couple of weeks, I couldn't be more happy.

Robert keeps it simple and rapid. Excellent service!

Thanks to Robert for a very efficient service getting me a Philippines visa in only a few days just before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic..

Excellent service year after year! No stress or angsty. Great communication on and off hours.
Totally recommended!

I highly recommend Scott's Visa's. I am travelling to Thailand and Robert Lorens processed my visa. I was impressed with how quickly everthing came back and with how helpful and calm Robert was in assisting me with my visa queries.

Very fast and efficient service from Ross, my colleagues and I have used the service for the last couple of years for Brazil, Indian work visas and always had a very positive experience. We thoroughly recommend them.

Extremely grateful to Ross from Scott’s visas. My queries and questions were dealt with very promptly from the start and throughout the process of obtaining the visa. Thoroughly recommend!

I've used Scott's for business visas for 4 years. Without exception, and consistently the staff have been ridiculously efficient; polite, professional and quick to respond. Even when there's no obvious emergency. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Robert Lourens did a brilliant job for me. Not only did he take all the stress out of my visa application he also acted in very good time and gave me all the relevant information I needed.
I have used Scotts twice now and on both occasions they have been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Excellent service from Robert exact and precise from first phone call of all details required have my Thai pass and visa in under a week good and quick with excellent customer service right to the end

I had never used a visa agent before but my first experience of using Scott's Visas was a positive one. As an old technophobe, I had been daunted by the challenges presented by the online applications for both the Thailand Tourist Visa and the Thailand Pass. Robert at Scott's was pleasant to deal with and efficiently submitted the required online applications for me. His efforts were successful and I was very glad to have been relieved of the burden of this complicated, tedious and time-consuming chore. My decision to invest in specialist, professional help proved to be fully justified and I'm now looking forward to my long-awaited holiday in Thailand! I won't hesitate to use Scott's Visas in the future and to recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service, if your like me and know nothing about the interweb or foreign embassies use this lot. Ross, the fella sorting my visa puts you at ease from the off. I've used them before and without a doubt I'll be using them again
