Front fender was completely out of wack. Had to use a heat gun to straighten it the best I could and it’s still crooked. But the worst part is fed ex is now sending me bills for “duties taxes and fees” $130! This is a cost that I was unaware of and certainly never told about.

Super trustworthy, the delivery schedule was respected perfectly. The staff was super available, and down for every little change I asked for.

J'ai été très satisfait du service proposé par cette entreprise. Le kit déco que j'ai commandé ne figurait pas sur le site et en les contactant par mail, j'ai réussi à passer commande. Il s'agissait du kit polisport pour 400 DRZ restylisé.

Le prix était très correct et il comprenait la livraison (en 2 jours par fedEx).

L'emballage était parfait, bien mieux que d'autres sites dont je tairais le nom.

J'ai eu la surprise une fois livré de voir que le kit graphic comprenait plusieurs Autocollants pour différentes configurations de carénages.

Pour terminer, je précise que je n'ai pas pour habitude de poster des commentaires mais cette fois ci j'ai vraiment était satisfait et je pense qu'il est important de le souligner.

This is not a BS review. I'm going to be honest and explain my experience for someone who may want to purchase from Scrub Designz, especially from someone like me who lives in the US.

I purchased plastics and graphics for my sons KTM 150SX. Scrub Designz designed and installed the graphics on to the plastics as well. To be honest, Scrub Designz exceeded my expectations with the quality of the plastics, graphics, and the installation of the graphics. They turned out amazing! The plastics also fit great and were easy to install.

Rado provided excellent customer service/support and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process.

product came very well packaged. the material was very easy to work with and you could lift it back up if your placement wasn't perfect. only small downside is I have a husqvarna and it comes with a vented air box cover and also a non vented. there wasn't an option for a vented air box that I saw. not really a negative but something I wish came with the kit. thanks so much happy customer

Scrub Designz is an excellent company to work with. They are very flexible and always find solutions for special requests and custom ideas. The design process is outstanding — they keep revising and refining the design until you are 100% satisfied. Communication is fast, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Delivery was very quick, and the decal quality is truly top-class, both in material and finish. A true choice of champions — highly recommended!

I was super positively surprised by how fast everything was handled, especially considering it was during the Black Friday period and right before Christmas. The custom graphic design process was incredibly quick and smooth.

Communication was excellent. Responses were almost immediate, and the whole workflow and procedures were clear and professional from start to finish. I always knew what stage the order was in.

The package arrived just a few days after I was informed that everything had gone into production. It was very well packed, so the decals were perfectly protected and arrived in flawless condition.

Overall, a great experience. I can definitely recommend them and will gladly order again in the future.

I order graphics every year since 2020 now. The last 2 years i ordered at Scrubdesignz and i couldnt be happier, the Customer support is fast and always easy, they try to fullfill every wish and even if you have multiple requests its never a problem.
Before i used to order from a cheaper website but the graphics from these cheaper suppliers rubbed through from the knees in no time so i switched to scrub, they are a little more expensive but the quality of their graphics is worth every cent.

Conclusion: Great Quality, Great Support, will definetly order again
