We bought a 3seater sofa a 2seater sofa a chair a pouffe and 5 cushions
All my furniture was expertly delivered with full tracking and delivery men took photos in our house where it was being put
And all packages were taken away by delivery men

I am really happy with my experience at SCS in Bradford. I purchased a sofa for my family that we absolutely love for a great price, and the whole process was really smooth.

I want to give a huge thank you to the delivery men as well, who transported the sofa in perfect condition to my home. They were friendly, helpful, and had everything brought in and put together in no time. They made the delivery completely stress-free for us.

Couldn't be happier with my new sofa and the service I received. I'd definitely recommend SCS Bradford!

Well laid out store, plenty to choose from and good to see sofas in the different fabrics.
Went to Bradford store and looked after by Naina (think I gave spelled it right) who was very helpful, even made us coffee whilst deciding.

Great service the delivery men were professional, and so helpful and didn't mess about both sofas in no problem even though it was a bit tricky, highly recommend in fact my parents have just order a new sofa today following my experience.

From looking for our sofa in store to choosing it to having it delivered everything was great friendly, knowledgeable, honest staff telling us what would suit us best but not at all pushy, lovely experience.

Extremely helpfull staff. Went to Leeds got a better deal but went back to Bradford to order because of the staff/service.

The welcome greeting was lovely and relaxed, not rushed or over powering, just right. The atmosphere in the new store layout is extremely welcoming, with the added scents in the air system creating the right ambiance, the layouts lighting and colour schemes work so well. Both the Manager Mohamed and his trainee Pat were extremely easy to engage with showing great knowledge on the products materials and their construction. Pat was clearly a very quick gifted learner, as his knowledge after such a short period from joining the business was phenomanel, and had the pleasure of advising Mohamed of this and congratulation on being a good trainer as well as putting together a very good team in the store.
The uniforms are bang on too, smart whilst relaxed and uniformed with owners looks in the adverts, creating an impression of a work shop in the back.
All in all great service, great communication and a thoroughly enjoyable experience, that I would happily undertake again. Even better was it was all about sofas and suites, no other distractions of other furniture.
Thanks guys we are looking forward to receiving our new suite.

Great customer service (Saif at Foster Square). Very helpful and not pushy - which I do not respond positively to! He was so respectful & polite, he knew the products, was efficient, very attentive to what I had to say. He also had a very pleasant manner about him. I am very pleased with my choice and hopefully will remain pleased when it arrives. I have purchased sofas from SCS in the past and have always been happy with the quality, style and [subjective] price. The interest free credit is a helpful bonus.

The person in the shop was very nice, friendly and helpful and we had plenty of time to browse around until we found what we wanted. Had a nice coffee too. The only thing I don’t like is that price should be discounted for paying full balance up front.

A sofa costing more than £4000 has collapsed after only 2 years. It's not covered by Castelan all singing all dancing insurance, but supposedly guaranteed for 20 years for frame etc, but I must pay an unreasonable, £60 for somebody employed by SCS to come to look at it! We have been passed from pillar to post since April and are still waiting for yet another electronic form to progress the claim. Strangely, they cannot find the one filled out in their store by one of their representatives! It is impossible to speak to a person unless you go i to the store and talk to a salesperson, who can do nothing!

Excellent Service - from store to delivery. Very pleasant and helpful staff, they arranged to have the old sofa taken away - this service was very prompt and reliable, when the new sofa was delivered, they gave an update with the time which was delivered promptly, the delivery men were very pleasant and helpful, had the new sofa in place within 20 minutes, respected the property - thanks - keep the good work up.

I was dreading going shopping for a new sofa. I entered SCS and was given a very warm welcome by Zaf, I was armed with measurements and liked a sofa but it was far too big as my measurements were wrong, I said I would return once my son had remeasured which Zaf said he would be looking forward to helping me further. No hard selling and he listened to my needs. I finally went back into the store and started looking again with better measurements and finally decided on a sofa to suit my needs, he explained everything from price to delivery and also extra protection which I did not want and he took all my details as I was waiting for a call from my son to confirm what I was doing and I was quite nervous as it is quite a large purchase, he could see I was getting agitated and offered me to come in the next day after my phone call to which I did and ordered and paid for it. I am totally happy with the service I received by Zaf
