The service was excellent, timely delivery and good staff manner

Needed a bit of advice as I am moving into a smaller property and had to choose furniture that would fit through the door, Robin the salesman was very helpful even measured the furniture and assured us it would fit as the backs can be removed etc, also went next door dfs
But as soon as we went through their doors 3 sales people approached which put us off so went back to robin (Scs)
And decided and choose our furniture placed and paid for our furniture let’s hope we made the right choice, it won’t be robins fault if we didn’t, he was amazing and so helpful it was because of him we chose Scs over DFS

I visited the store in Leckwirth Cardiff and was greeted by Julie. Julie was absolutely amazing. So friendly and not pushy at all. She went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. Super greatful for all her help as she helped me pick the fabric and colour. I did end up going back to the Newport store to purchase as it was closest to me but super thankful for Julie everything was written down for me to tell the Newport store as I wanted to go back and purchase with her. Thank you Julie! I can't wait for my new sofa!

Excellent customer service. I live in London and wanted to treat my son to a sofa, your company was there first choice to purchase from. The grandchildren spoke of good quality, they were happy felt listened to from the sales attendant. Now can’t wait for the delivery.

Crew were quick in installing. In a rush to leave, did not give time to discuss anything. A bit concerned about creasing on bottom part of sofa. I hope it will come out as it spoils look.

Felt immediately at ease and welcomed by all staff at Leckwith and was free to walk around and browse. Eventually got speaking to Robin who was very helpful, knowledgeable and made it a great experience buying a sofa. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience from ordering, helpful and friendly sales assistent and not pushy at all. The communication through out spot on, delivery earlier than expected on the day and very efficient and friendly staff setting up

Delivery fine massive problem with product which has been left with us,
Delivery driver told me to go back to the store. The chair is wonky. There’s a big gap between the arm and the back of the chair. The front armrest is all crinkled up and wonky very disappointed.

From visiting the shop to sitting on our new sofa, everything was great!
Service in the shop was polite & helpful. Options were discussed & we were delighted with our chosen sofa.
It arrived ahead of schedule, delivered exactly on time & assembled quickly.
We're very happy with our new comfy sofa & they will be our first choice in the future.
