Great experience over all from buying to delivering the Sofa. Staff were helpful. Delivery drivers were both polite and set up the sofa and took all the packaging away.

The delivery itself was actually 5*. Two person delivery. Extremely experienced and very careful with installation. Most efficient and approachable. Could not ask for better. I downgraded to 4* due to the logistics of having to get up pre 7.00am (I am 70 + year old) for a text to give an actual time frame for the delivery. As it turned out This early start was not really necessary as delivery was eventually approx 11.30am. Furniture was beautiful and far nicer than I imagined.Brilliant fit and so comfortable.4 days since delivery and no cat damage. That is a first for any furniture I have ever had.

I am sorry to see that the logistics side let us down on this occasion with the early start not being required due to receiving mid-morning. I can appreciate how frustrating this must have been.

I am also glad to see that your cat seems to be enjoying the furniture too with no damage being caused by them - I hope it stays this way and that you continue to enjoy your furniture.

The staff i deal with was so welcoming. As I am disabled he made everything easy for me to get around such a lager store. I was so pleased with the support and service. That's why I brought one. Shop there they are so helpful, and not pushy.

The communication of the delivery date…
The communication of the delivery date and time was excellent, and I received a call from the delivery men half an hour before they arrived. The delivery was on time, efficient and speedy and they tidied up and took away all the packaging. As an older person I would have preferred a little more clarity about the battery pack and its relationship to the adaptor and the controls, but it didn’t take me long to work it out once I’d had my furniture in my house for 24 hours!
