Fantastic staff. Welcome you and explain the different price label colouring ie. If its white then you can have it in leather etc. Let you walk around looking and occasional check up to see if you need any help. Such a nice approaxh. All were very helpful and I walked away to look elsewhere but no one near had the deal they did.

Very welcoming & knowledgeable staff

We were made to feel very welcome on entering the store. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful.
In helping me match a colour and fabric for my recliner chair I purchased. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will certainly recommend them to family and friends if in the future they are looking to buy furniture.

Great in store experience, Gurdit answered all our questions and showed us different models and colours.
Delivery was even better, Dave and Glenn did a terrific job in getting the two big sofas we ordered through our doorways. We really appreciated their patience and friendliness.
Would have been 5 stars if we had received the care kit or if anyone had followed up on our online request to receive it after the fact. Called the store but they said they don't deal with after care so looks like there is no way to get it :/

Muhammed greeted us with a very warm welcome and was on hand to answer any queries, the purchase was hassle free and very pleasant

When we arrived we were made very welcomed but he wasn't pushy as it was hot he offered us drinks of water, the sofa we liked he explained everything about it all the information was understood, he was very helpful and friendly

We went to the White City retail store which is a very well presented store. We were greeted by staff member, Paula who gave some advice on the product ticketing system and what options were available. We got help and advice when we needed it and were left to browse with Paula on hand to answer any questions we had. Found our perfect sofa within an hour. Only downside is lead time.

The stuff in manager were very helpful and made our experience very pleasant and we gladly bought a sofa from you hope the workmanship is as good as your sales staff
