Start to finish it's been a seamless process. The sales guy we met in store was really helpful and accommodating and didn't hound us. Without him I don't think we would've bought this sofa and that's a compliment to him as he guided us and secured the deal. Updated with delivery information throughout and could live track. Lads who delivered it were polite and efficient.

Paula was amazing. She spotted us outside, my wife in a wheelchair, and let us in to the store a few minutes prior to opening. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service, great advice, she made buying our new sofa a lovely experience.

On arrival we were greeted by Barbara who was extremely helpful, and gave us some good advice on purchasing a 3 piece suite. Barbara did not put us under any pressure and gave us plenty of time to think it over before finalising the purchase.

Needed to replace my leather sofas as they were too low for my needs now. ScS in Cleveland Retail Park, Middlesbrough were amazingly helpful. Barbara quickly identified my needs and showed me suitable sofas, she was so patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even took colour swatches outside so I could see them in natural daylight. I chose a sofa, fully electric armchair and a footstool. Chair with electric features is perfect for my physical needs 😍 Connor also gave some input and was able to get me a little more discount, which was welcome. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, we even had a joke or two. Highly recommend this store 👌 and delighted with quality of furniture, delivery window and price, including extended insurance.

Ordered furniture from here for my Daughters first home delivery date 11th April we are still waiting 8th May with no idea on when the delivery will happen call centre does not answer phone, you leave messages no one get backs to you. Went to shop no help at all took our money and no one wants to help. This has caused undue stress and taken away all the fun of having your first home. SCS you should be ashamed of yourselves. The manager at Warrington quoted the SCS law!!! apparently they have 4 weeks to rectify ? time is up this order will be cancelled and full refund wanted. 😡

Terrible customer service and delivery delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have waited 3months we have still not been contacted with a delivery date. Impossible to get through to customer services. Buy elsewhere if you can
*further update, 2nd delivery cancellation with two days notice leaving elderly parents with potentially no furniture as they have arranged for the old sofas to be removed. Unbelievably dreadful company.

We visited the Middlesbrough store today to look at what was available in the sofas and chairs. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady who was called Paula. Nothing was too much trouble to this lady who guided us around the store. She was full of valuable information and no question was too much for her to answer. She did not rush us in our decision and although we did take our time she was very patient and understanding. A valuable asset to your company. The store was laid out in a very spacious and accessible manner. It also smelt extremely pleasant. Well worth the visit totally satisfied.

We only went in your branch at Eston to have a look, the sales assistant who looked after us was very knowledgeable about the sofa we were looking at and about the new company she was working for. The end result being very impressed we bought a sofa and chair. The delivery lads were brilliant and soon had our furniture installed great stuff.
