I have had a Sears Protection Agreement…

I have had a Sears Protection Agreement for soon to be 17 years. I have had to use the warranty no more than 5 times in those 17 years. The service I am receiving now vs when I signed up has gone from 10+ to -1. The technicians are wonderful, however they are overbooked and I was not notified that they were not coming. I have been without an oven for 4 days and was told they have to send parts out to be repaired because they no longer make my stove. No guarantee that that will work. I am sending positive energy to the CEO of Sears in hopes that they will wake up and do something about the incompetence.

su servicio es pésimo

su servicio es pésimo, compre un boiler el 4 de enero del 2026, se suponía que llegaba entre el 4 y 6 de febrero del 2026, en febrero me dijeron que no tienen existencia y que no sabían en que fecha lo enviarían por lo que solicite la cancelación y reembolso, ya van 4 intentos para que me hagan el reembolso y mi pedido sigue pendiente de envio, de acuerdo a su servicio al cliente tienen que autorizar la cancelación y es fecha que no lo hacen.
No tienen ningún telefono para poder llamar, todo se hace por medio de WhatsApp, no puedo ir a alguna tienda para acelerar el proceso, simplemente roban tu dinero

Have not received my part

Have not received my part. Have been waiting over two months for the part. Sent first part,but was broken. Never got the new part. Don't waste you money on sears home warranty.

It messed up my orders such as:(1) A/C tune up: (2) dryer tune up: (3) vent in bathroom not working. Even the technician, Matthews, is confused. Matthews is on the way to my home today , March 12th. I am not a happy camper as of now.

Pésimo servicio de atención a clientes…

Pésimo servicio de atención a clientes tanto de Sears como de sus proveedores, realicé una compra contemplando el rango de fecha de entrega, no llegó, me trate de comunicar para hacer la cancelación y no obtenía respuesta, a las semanas me contacta el proveedor y el transportista diciendo que a tal hora están en el domicilio y todavía se molestan porque uno les comenta que la fecha de entrega había sido semanas antes y que en ese momento no sería posible recibirlo. Ahora estoy batallando para la devolución del producto que llegó retrasado por días y claro siguen sin dar respuesta de la pésima organización que tienen.
Primera y por supuesto que ÚLTIMA compra.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR this company is shit. we have a warranty with our fridge and when our Kenmore fridge broke we called and they said they come out asap ( to them 1 week later ) they could not fix the problem and were getting us set up to get a replacement. ITS BEEN A MONTH! we have called and emailed and they are sending us in circles. They cant do their jobs and no one knows what they are talking about. As well they said they would replace with same size fridge but when I was able to finally get one person on the phone would tried to help she told me the sizing and its so much smaller then the one we have now. We will take the new fridge only due to being without a fridge for a MONTH but will be selling it as we went to a new company willing to help and great customer service and timely matter. 1 month without a fridge, we have spent more money on gas+food+ordering then the new fridge is even worth.

Compré un suero hyalub5 Serum, el producto que ES PIRATA, me llegó un mes y medio después de que realicé el pago, cuando se suponia que lo entregarian de 3 a 5 dias después de la compra.
Una lastima me dejé guiar por la marca SEARS pero ellos no lo venden subcontratan a terceros....

My Kenmore refrigerator

My Kenmore refrigerator, on warranty, broke down January 27, 2026. It needs to be replaced. Everyone I have spoken to has given me a different option. Since I needed a refrigerator, I had to purchase one. On Feb. 25, 2026, I received an email stating that sears didn’t have a replacement dryer. I have submitted 3 model numbers of possible replacement. On Mar 2, 2026, I’m waiting.

zero stars!!!! Horrible service

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Three or four service calls since before Christmas!!! They don’t knock, have yet to fix my refrigerator and give a window of 8am to 5pm!!! That’s some bullshit!!! Then you finally get something stating your technician is on the way, they never shows up and the time keeps changing to further out!!! Do you have any clue sears how to keep clients and customers??? Because you will never get another chance again to make any kind of repairs at my residence!!! Your service is a joke!!! Oh, and thanks for ruining Christmas and New years for me! It’s a little difficult to keep food in a fridge that won’t hold the proper temperature!!! I’m now in February and you have had your last chance! Don’t message me, email me or call me! Your technicians are pathetic and so is your service!!!

Compré un horno de microondas

Compré un horno de microondas, nunca llegó, tuve que ir a la tienda física para que me informaran después de un montón de tiempo y dijeron que el horno de microondas que yo quiero, estaba cancelado debido a que no ya no lo tenían en existencia y que apenas ahora que fui, tenían la orden de devolución y que entre 1 y 7 días laborales me devolverían el dinero. El servicio al cliente no funciona por ningún medio, hay que ir directamente a la tienda y tampoco le informan a uno que no haya el producto y que van a devolver el dinero. El horno lo pedí desde el 27 de enero y apenas hoy 7 de febrero es que me entero que no lo tenían en existencia y tampoco me habían hecho la devolución del dinero. Sino lo tienen para que lo anuncian y sus medios electrónicos de atención al cliente no funcionan, pues sólo son chat botts y no le resuelven a uno nada. Pésimo servicio para no volverles a comprar. Quedaron de entregar entre el 30 de enero y el 2 de febrero.

Pésima la atención con paquetería no entregan ponen de pretexto que uno no está no quieren bajarse los carros los chavos y dicen que uno tiene la obligación de bajar por su paquete y cuando pones la queja por WhatsApp solo te dan el avión que es por su seguridad que no se tienen que bajar

I had another app yesterday again no show went to eight numbers before I got a live person told they would write Harel up that's the technician name now told someone else will come out tues jan20th just to take three pictures to be upload before I get my replacement
I was a loyal customer paying for service every month I have been fighting with sears home service for three months where is sears loyalty if appliance can't be fix they would replace it but another money hungry company all talk pls don't do business with this company all talk no action very disappointed

Don’t waste your money, put it in a high yield savings account for when you need it instead of buying sears warranty.

This company’s warranty for home appliances is dissatisfying to say the least. Don’t waste your money like we did. We will Invest our money then go on Angie’s least when in need of repair or buy new. Sears warranty dept technicians’s most of them are incompetent as they are deceitful. Today a technician called my husband’s phone then hung-up before he could pick up the phone(he checked the call log) then the tech sent a text saying he’d missed us. Deceitful business practices! This would have been their second time coming to our house for the same issue. He never even showed up at our property. We have multiple cams, none picked him up. Mind you, my husband took a day off work for this. Also, you would not ever get a supervisor on the phone. Every issue is handled by a robo call or text. So, the person texting will tell you as they are trained to get rid of you as soon a one minute. I am filing a complaint with the CFPB as well. Because we’ve been paying them for almost 5 years. Do not get the warrant it’s a scam. Even after you more than pay for a replacement, they will never replace your appliance/s. They will make you wait for months while they scavenger hunt old parts. Do not deal with this company.

I would not recommend Sears

We’ve been having issues with our washer on multiple occasions over the last year or two, and when we needed someone to repair it, they would cancel the appointment the day of and reschedule time and time again. When my mom would call, she could only speak with AI! Somehow, she was able to find the number of a previous sears repairman, and he would tell her that he wasn’t even scheduled to fix the washer! When they finally came to “fix” the wash by replacing the bin, it started making super loud noises again (like it did before it was fixed) and shaking like crazy. Sounded like it was going to burst through the wall lol. It was particularly loud one day and opening it we saw the agitator had come off. The screw that was supposed to hold it in place was missing, so we think it came off or was never put back when they put the new bin (the big tub) in. And the agitator was new, only a year old! After weeks dealing with handwashing clothes, my parents ended up buying a cheap washer, NOT from sears! Hopefully that one holds up for a bit.

Mala atención y respuesta en las dependencias que venden a través de Sears. Y Sears no se hace responsable

Buenas noches. Compré a través de plataforma 2 aguas termales de avene y una crema lipikar. Tardaron cerca de 1 mes en enviarlos. Fui a tienda física y me decían que ellos no se hacías responsables. Me comunique en 2 ocaciones tardando una hora para darme una respuesta parcial. Me enviaron 2 frascos dañados y después de cancelar la crema me la enviaron cuando quisieron a pesar de cancelar pedido. Me pidieron fotografías de frascos dañados y no se responsabilizaron. Nunca se regresó el dinero ni cambiaron los frascos dañados. Deberían de tener cuidado con las compañías distribuidoras. Venden productos apócrifos de mala calidad sin responsabilizarse. No aconsejo comprar en plataforma

No llegan los productos y los tiempos de espera son horribles, no hay forma de contactar con la tienda, no tienen una linea de atención al cliente visible, solo el whatsapp pero nunca responden, pésimo servicio
